Kylee & Camron helped us out changing from Verizon to at&t. The were completely knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. We need more people like this in stores. Thank you guys for your honesty and patience. We love our new service and savings.

Fantastic, clean store with very helpful associates. I switched from another carrier after 25 years of loyalty, so I didn't make the decision to switch lightly. I was happy the process of becoming an AT&T customer was so exceptionally smooth. The associate was incredibly patient as I asked questions I'm sure were asked many times. The associate went above and beyond what I've experienced other places, but never pressured me, to help make the right selection for the device and plan I was seeking.

Walked in to asked about the service in the area, but the person working told me that he is new to the store and he doesn't know about the service in the area. Wow!! I ain't getting AT&T today!

Make sure if you trade in your device to get a tracking code I didn't get one now it shows no trade so some just stole my Samsung s21. And now I have to pay full price for the device I got

UPDATE: Allison was wrong and rude for no reason— I got my $800 credit. Hopefully AT&T provides her much needed training. On a brighter note: lesson learned. I will always go to Chris. She is the ABSOLUTE best. Knowledgeable, professional and the best customer service.I have always dealt with Chris and Tyler and had the BEST customer service; but on my visit to this store on May 1, 2023 I had probably the WORST customer experience I have ever had & I am being sure to spread the word. I was quoted an $800 trade in on a phone and when I went to do the exchange Allison made it clear they would not honor what I was told (even when the employee who quoted me that price confirmed it to her). I had to ask her to call the employee because she kept insinuating I was lying. Even after the employee confirmed, she hung up and stated "I don't care what he says I know what they are going to do when it get backs to the warehouse" after exclaiming several times that she knows the most because "she's the store manager". At one point she called the district manager, after saying I wasn't allowed to have his name or contact information, and spoke loudly enough that I could hear her whole conversation where she confirmed that I was quoted the $800 trade in, but she wanted to district manager to "back her" in not following through. She intentionally stood right in the door way so I could hear the conversation. Not one time did she apologize for their mistake (come to find out she WAS WRONG and the $800 was correct confirmed by AT&T corporate office), instead she was rude and very condescending. As an attorney, I have been in high stress situations but I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service. She was very aggressive and displayed the poorest professionalism I have ever seen.. even when I did absolutely nothing wrong (and it was proven). I have told several people about my experience and I am waiting to follow-up with another representative from At&T corporate. Another major company tanking in customer service-- no surprise there. Coincidentally enough, I spoken with a friend who was also treated TERRIBLY by Allison-- shows you how much At&t doesn't value the experiences of their customers.

Greta service! The floor person who was working there was able to answer all my questions and give me multiple solutions to resolve an issue I was having with one of my current lines. Would definitely recommend going there again.

Disrespectful gets negative reviews. I came here on the long-running family search for a good phone plan and a provider who can offer quality service. We have been searching for some time. We felt that this AT&T Store was not really up to snuff and had some of the rudest and most unhealthily cocky service people (with shockingly low levels of product knowledge) who I would not recommend. AT&T needs to bring in better people or make sure that their service is up to a reasonable level. I did not feel that this AT&T matched anything close to the locations in CA and WA region that I had experienced earlier on in my life.
