Matt Y at Celina merged two accounts and said no charge and gave me a receipt for $0 - went home and 3 phones on that account stopped working and when I called Cricket I had to pay $47.10 as merge account charge - standard fee per Cricket

Jessica and Kristan went way over expectations when we had an issue with an insurance claim. Jessica even put a charge on her personal credit card when our card would not work. They quickly switched everything over to a new phone. Excellent customer care!

The store was very clean and smelled amazing!! the girls who work there really know their stuff and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everyone is happy and they are willing to do anything to make sure everyone leaves happy. I will recommend this store to everyone.
