I've been going into this bank for 6 months and buying pennies most of the time a box at a time $25 in pennies today I went in and some old lady had a chip on her shoulder and she wouldn't sell me $25 in pennies pretty sad if you ask me you got to be a customer just to buy pennies 100% joke the old lady was very rude about it also 12/26/24 at 430 pm.

I have banked with this bank through several name changes. .The people are fine and have always been nice.That being said I have no use for this bank! They have a charge for everything, The interest they pay is pathetic! It's just a pain to add nickle,dime or quarter. They need it. Don't get me started on the gas station receipts that they think are the way to go....

This Bank is the Worst Ever. They do not and will not help or provide any services to the Back Pocket Visa Prepaid Cardholder!Plus they charge $5.00 monthly to carry around the Prepaid Card.Please people, don't waste your time !
