They have good prices but I don't like having to use the self check out because they don't have a cashier on duty

I just had a quick pick up but was even checked out. I hate when you got to check out yourself.

The cashiers try to make you use self checkout by making it seem like all the lines are closed, line lights arent on and sometimes they even put closed signs on the ALL the conveyors. Its a real pain to use the self checkout for full carts of groceries. Im sure they lose A TON of business because of this, lazy asses.

It's ok. Could be updated and honestly could use a better atmosphere. But it has good value money savers

Very rude cashiers. Cashier was upset because I didn’t go through self checkout. I apologize but I don’t know how your self checkouts work with items without barcodes like fresh produce. It’s kind of a no brainer to go to the lane that isn’t packed full to someone who knows what
there doing.

Had to check out my own groceries with three cashiers standing around with no lanes open. System was messing up and called over cashiers multiple times after something was not placed in the bagging area RIGHT AWAY AFTER SCANNING. Also no way to process my virtual credit card payment. The cashier didn’t even try to enter it into the system at all.

When are you going to wise up and see you are chasing off business with these automated self check out lanes . Try looking in your lot during what use to be your busy hours . You can rent out parking spaces . People do not want to deal with them . So , how about doing your jobs and start taking care of your costumers and actually earn your checks . I know it's a new concept . But working while you are at work . Good idea . Try it .

Never a cashier anymore , self checkout only. it clearly says 15 items or less but grandma has to fight with the machine for 30 minutes when she could’ve been done in 5 minutes .

Constant self check out. No real help in the store. Getting tired of doing employees job so Kroger can save some dollars

I do not recommend going here anymore. Until they decide to get rid of the self checkouts we will not be back there. Self checkouts are good for a few items not a cart full. I am not getting paid to ring up my own items, that is what they hire people for. We used to go weekly, as a family of 6 we spend a great amount on food and we loved the great prices but the service now is junk. I am not going to check out my own full cart while you sit on your butt and get paid. Get rid of the self checkouts or start sending our paychecks for ringing up our own items.

Good variety of products at a fair price. Most less than their patent Krogers. However checking out, no manned registers. Self Check Out only. Took way to long. Not happy about the wait.

Not doing self checkout anymore. If you can hire babysitters to watch us, you can hire them to checkout. Wont reccomend this store anymore

Until a checkout lane is regularly open, I won’t be back. We love the Kroger brand items and low prices, but they don’t make up for the huge headache created by trying to use a small self checkout to ring up a huge cart full of groceries. (This has happened 3 times recently, so not basing this off of one trip.)Customer service can make or break a shopping experience. In this case the Kroger Co. has cut too many corners, at the expense of their customers. It’s a shame because prior to the self checkouts going in, I would recommend Ruler to anyone, now I would tell folks to stay away unless you just need an item or two.
