Did I love my experience here? No, definitely not great but I got a car in the time crunch I had. The detailing could be better and it seemed as if every car on the lot needed new tires. I would go here again if I desperately needed a car but if i was browsing and taking my time this wouldn't be my first option.

** Dealership is not honest about condition of vehicles. ** My husband and I were interested in a 2016 F-150. We spoke with Lonnie, about purchasing. We asked for photos and details about the truck before making the over 4 hour trip to Celina, OH. Several phone conversations as well as texting of photos and additional questions. When we opened the door, the cigarette smoke smell hits you in the face. The damage to the interior was terrible. Stains on all the seats. The trim was badly scratched and dinged. We were told the stains were shadows in the photos. Lonnie said "it looks like the backseat was never been sat in". However, on the back of the drivers seat was a rip in the seat and many scruffs from a pet/child. When Lonnie was confronted about the condition and how we were lied to, he became very defensive and raised his voice to make sure all around heard "I didn't lie". We have text conversations to prove otherwise. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I would avoid Kerns. They are not honest and their customer service is terrible.

This was one of my best experiences I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. I found the vehicle my husband wanted on Cargurus.com. The vehicle was being sold by Kerns, which was 1 1/2 hours from our home. We would have drove or flown anywhere for a vehicle. We however in the end decided to go here. I am a difficult customer as I know exactly what I want and exactly how I want it done. This did not deter them from selling me the vehicle of our choosing. They stayed with it and remained pleasant. Gary had good answers and was not pushy. The finance manager Rich was very professional and "sincerely" wanted to help make the deal go smoothly. Most everything was done via email and phone calls. By the time we arrived the next day in Celina the paperwork was neatly prepared. It was just a matter of signing and out the door. This took less than 20 minutes. I believe had they not been so busy it would have taken even less time. They knew our time was limited and they took this into consideration. Not only was the paperwork ready but the truck was washed and presented to us ready to go. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. I see myself buying another vehicle from these guys some day. If you are looking for a great deal, with NO hassle, and friendly "HONEST" people then this is where you go.

How I wish my "new" car adventure didn't take me 2 hours from Cincinnati. But with this place? Totally worth it. The rep Craig I had been working with, had gone on vacation by the time I had time to get up to Celina. Del, in the finance department more than took care of everything I needed. He made sure I found the car that I liked, and bent over backwards to get me approved in my parameters. He took care of everything that I needed over the phone and online, so that when i drove up only once to go pick up my car, everything was perfect! I got more done with talking to them on the phone and telling them what I wanted than I got anywhere walking around with a salesman. They did a stellar job, and i love my car :)
