Honestly, Menards is like my second home. I stay busy enough that I'm in the store 5 our of 7 days a week. The team has went above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. I couldn't ask for better service. If any issues arise they are taken care of in a timely fashion. Thanks team!

This location is not one of the better ones they always seem to be out of stock of basic items. Staff isn't all that helpful. Tried ordering countertops and that was just a disaster wasted a lot of money just on templates and they never got it right. They just aren't trained all that well at this location. Gen. Manager should be ashamed.

Attentive,helpful and friendly personal . Quality , well organized . Always find what I needed ,the pick up service had been also great ....and 11% rebate is a plus.

Kamden in Building Materials was extremely helpful! I had asked someone else to help me and he said he was just a cart boy and walked away. I found Kamden stocking wood and he was more than happy to help me load plywood. Kamden even went as far as to tell me if no one was available to help me load the wood in to my truck to have the cashier page him and he would help. Sure enough no one was available to help (it was busy in there that day) so Kamden was more than happy to help me load the wood in my truck. Kamden went above and beyond to help me and even was very careful when loading the wood in truck. Kamden was very respectful and helpful. So glad Kamden was there to help me with the wood as I needed to get it quickly while I was on my lunch break!

This store struggles to provide customers with help. Whether it’s helping someone load salt into a shopping cart or finding a specific bolt size. The staff fails to provide help. Today, I witnessed three members by the front desk stand and watch an individual struggle to load salt into a cart.

Highly recommend this store for the customer service. I started buying floor stain and realized it was the end of production for it and so we were running all of it down in multiple stores. The manager for this store deserves a promotion. Held the door for me for 10 minutes after closing time so I could get it bought. 100% excellent service and would recommend everyone to shop here. Corporate Menards should give the chick who is the the manager here a promotion

Went Black Friday shopping and came home to have a damaged item when went to wrap the gift for a family member, how did no one see it, not mad or anything just a little annoyed lol..

Shawn in the plumbing department was incredible. Im not sure what you pay the man, but I know it's not enough!!! He knew every supply we would need to reroute our washer hookup and made the project seem much more manageable. Thank you Shawn!

I was trying to create a tool for a specific purpose, so I had to wander and wonder in search of the pieces I'd need to build it. Staff asked if they could help and directed me to the areas where the types of things I mentioned were located, then left me to my mumbling and rummaging. I revised the design as I realized the flaws in each previous attempt and eventually bought everything I'd need for the mental sketch I'd decided on when the ache in my feet told me I couldn't come up with a better (less-painful) option.

I purchased what the box said a wicker hanging chair. When I got it home it is not made of wicker not one piece of it it's nothing but a metal frame with plastic some type of plastic wrapped around the metal frame and a plastic cord as a seat and backing I have pictures but it won't it has no function to add pictures. The only display model they had was sitting up front at the registers way up above on a Ledge where you were at least 12 ft away from being able to see it there's no way you could have saw what it was really made out of. We all know what the sun does to plastic the radiation from The Sun Will disintegrate plastic it will be lucky if it lasts two summers at the most. Wicker is made out of a plants trees and such and bamboo. It's wicker is not made of plastic

We were in town just to view the total solar eclipse in April 2024. Celina is a great place from what we seen. We used the side parking lot for viewing the solar eclipse. The bathrooms were clean, and staff were all friendly. We bought a chair for my son while there. The store was well organized and clean! No issues with the Celina, Ohio Menards!

Most of the employees are nice and ask you if you need help. Some are plain rude. The cashiers are nice and helpful.
