The staff is always courteous and helpful when I call. I often ask them to hold packages because it's either food or something fragile. I live very close to this facility and it saves my items from additional time and handling on the delivery truck. The facility staff are always willing to set my packages aside for direct pickup. They're great!

My whole ups experience has been terrible as they manage to lose a $1000 package after they said it was delivered and wasn’t. And having completely wrong tracking info, update!! After finally getting my package, I had to ups something else l, and They won’t drop off my package at my house after selecting it for drop off, and after I had it next day air, and it not needing any signature for pickup. They are making me wait til l the next day to drop it off at an access point, when I needed it today.

One star not for the Center in Celina nor the quality of the service locally but -10 stars for the UPS company themselves. In all my years I've never, ever had to file a claim. Until now! Once I needed to I have found nothing and I mean nothing but incompetent workers. All determined to say something different every time. While the competent ones are able to give me clarity into the situation the rest of the company has no regard for the customer. My experience is this:I shipped a package to myself. The company says I am not the shipper just the receiver. I have to contact the shipper ( aka me to settle this), next day the hardware store I shipped it from is now the shipper, then they say because that company is part of the UPS franchise they are not UPS. This company did not break my package UPS did. Although I have insurance on it. The system clearly states I had the package wrapped correctly. They still argue with me saying I have to take it up with the shipper. Confused yet? I am , was. Even the local office can't make heads or tails. When I call the 800 number the competent ones can't make sense of it either. So for now I shipped the package to myself. It was damaged and they picked it up to examine it. While they state it was packaged correctly. It still being disputed by them. They picked it up sent it on a 13 state tour for some unknown reason and is now currently at the store I shipped it from. They have taken my possession, broken it and still refuse to give it back regardless of it being damaged. It is still MY PROPERTY!There are no options for a claim when you call. You have to jump from one phone teller to the next. If you ask for a supervisor they won't listen to you. They simply put your call back into rotation and give you to another phone operator. Which starts the process over and over. My recommendation? Use USPS or Fed Ex, wish Amazon had a shipping company. I've never ever had a hassle like this in my entire adult life.

Wouldn't drop packages off at door do to dogs, which is understandable. Instead opened my car and left them there instead. Couldn't find packages for 12 hours and I had to comb through my car to make sure nothing was stolen.
