Definitely not impressed with this store. Brought in some items to ship overseas to an Army base. Didn't realize they don't ship to a military APO. Neither did the people working there. The manager told us they couldn't ship it but we could buy boxes from them. They measured all of our items and sold us boxes. Two boxes of course Didn't fit our items when we got home but I used one of them for something else. Tried to exchange the other box which they wouldn't take back without my receipt even though it says The UPS Store on it. Then they sold me another box which costed $20....Crazy. Will Definitely use a different store next time around.

Worked with Curtis who is one-stop-shop of efficiency, printing out documents, notarizing, and shipping out. He also was able to do a return to sender label that streamlined the process we needed to follow. Thanks for your great service!

Had to leave one star would’ve been a negative. been coming to the store for years and have been shipping for 25+ years. Received the most horrible experience this past Saturday. I asked a question and the girls acted like I was stupid. I was getting laughed at as I left the store. I definitely will not be back.

Been coming to this store for over 10 years always had a phone number to go by where it was being shipped to and the new owners in the past year I have to spell Louisville Kentucky tothem because I don't know how to spell I have to tell them all the information all over again totally ridiculous and outrageous if they're that stupid then they need to figure out what's going on and I'm here to tell you you're that stupid who can't read and write and When I give my phone number it automatically comes up my name but for some reason they don't save the information or where I'm sending it to and I have always sent my equipment to the same place for years no reason me to have to repeat myself if your system has my name it needs to have locat And I shouldn't have to spell everything I say to someone if you're working in a postal service you should be educated enough to spell
