Went to get package because I was told it was at the carrier facility. The woman in there was rude and obnoxious said it was not there. Hopefully Trump shuts this facility down. They don’t represent the post office well at all.

Poor communication and terrible customer service. What's the point of a phone if you're not going to use it? Worst post office I have ever had to use.
