Woodforest Bank has friendly and helpful service. The employees are always sweet and very welcoming, dealing with people on a person to person basis. People receive great service every time they go in, and the employees quickly fix problems and get passwords back. The bank is convenient and has no issues with accounts and a good banking service. Over the past few years people have experienced the best customer service and the helpful employees who are banking easy.
This is the best bank ive ever banked at. I dont think I can go anywhere else. The ladies and that one guy thats the manager is awesome would give 10/10.
