“I joined Back Home in July of last year and it was a great decision. I was intimidated at first because I have never done cross fit, but because of the knowledge and support of the coaches, they help build confidence and technique while improving your fitness level.
The workouts are always different and I love that piece. If you’re looking for a gym that pushes you while still making workouts fun and motivating, I can’t recommend Back Home enough. Dawn, Sandi, and Lance are three of the trainers I have worked with and all are outstanding.”
