I stopped in today to grab a few things. Trey was working and asked what I needed he then retrieved everything I needed while I stood there. Not only that but he replaced the windshield wiper I'd just bought. Honestly best customer service I've ever received from AutoZone.

Stopped to get my car battery checked this week. An employee named Trae, quickly checked and confirmed it was fine and even cleaned the terminals. This was after I had visited a nearby competitor who told me surprisingly that it needed replaced. Trae's honesty made my day!

A big thank you to Jason at the Centerville Auto Zone on south main. He was very patient and accommodating.
I purchased windshield wipers from Jason this afternoon. Not only did he install them, but he went the extra mile to replaced one of the wipers to be more effective. When he finished, I realized that he had actually clocked out of work when he replaced the one wiper. He placed my need as a customer above his personal time.
On a scaled of 1 to 10, Jason's courtesy and professionalism was a "12". Thank you Jason!

I had a bad battery in my car and wasn't able to get my car to the store. I lived around the corner from Autozone and talked to the manager Alex about my situation. Alex was very understanding with a pleasant personality and offered to bring my new battery to my home and installed it for me. Once my new battery was installed I went to the store to pay for it. Alex was very helpful in this situation and I truly appreciate him and his kindness. I will always do business with Autozone in Centerville, Ohio, The staff there is AWESOME!!
