Dealt with Jesse again, tops !!!
The reservations system in Texas leaves a lot to be desired. Their messages to the dealer never went through, so the part was not there when I arrived and nobody bothered to call me with the news. So I waisted a good amount of time with nothing to show for it. Fortunately Jesse and the rest of the staff are super to deal with and I look forward to seeing them again. Fortunately Jesse was able to arrange a new appointment and I didn’t have to talk to anyone in Texas

Ricardo and Dan helped me to make the deal that I wanted. I was especially pleased with how Ricardo went out of his way to meet my needs. I was in a hurry, and he rushed the paperwork to get me out the door as fast as they could! Overall it was a good buying experience!

Just bought a new Encore GX from Bob Ross. Love it!Dan Meyer was extremely helpful as he guided me through the whole process: selection, negotiation, completing the documentation, and delivery. Everyone along the way made me feel like I was top priority. The entire Bob Ross team is dedicated to building long-term relationships with their customers. I know, because this the third car I've bought from them. Bob Ross does all my service work, too. I don't trust anyone else to do it right.

I scheduled a service appointment to have my vehicle checked. I arrived a day early to drop it off. Upon arrival, I was greeted by George, who offered to pull my vehicle in and begin the process today instead of tomorrow. To my surprise, George had already popped the hood and took a quick look. During the intake process, he was extremely respectful. I don’t know much about cars, but George took his time explaining the process and making me feel comfortable. Thank you, George, for helping to make what I thought would be an overwhelming experience, a pleasant one! I recommend Bob Ross Auto service department to looking for exemplary, service!

On May 13, 2022, a hit and run driver crashed into my Sonata limited hybrid. At a time when gas prices are high and selection of hybrid cars are low, I prayed that my Sonata could be fixed. But the insurance company totaled it! CRAP! Thank goodness I was referred to Bob Ross Auto Group on Loop Rd in Centerville. First of all, the owner, Jenell Ross, is a servant leader and gift to the region. So no surprise there. But I was truly impressed with her team of sales advisors. They were professional and patient at every step of the process. So, I highly recommend Ross Auto Group--especially if you must buy a car right now during these very difficult times!

I knew exactly what I wanted and this vehicle was going through inspections the day I inquired about it. Bill Sweat put a hold on it to allow me to get off work to come test drive. He was great to work with, “super friendly” as my 11 year old said.
