Since the new Center Director came on board this KinderCare, the difference has been incredible. You can immediately see how much effort she’s put into making the center not just look nicer, but feel warmer, more organized, and truly welcoming. The classrooms and common areas are cleaner, brighter, and more inviting than ever before—it’s clear she takes pride in creating a space where children can thrive.
What really stands out, though, is the way she interacts with both parents and children. She’s always present, approachable, and genuinely kind. You can tell she cares deeply about every single child and family, and it shows in how smoothly things run now. Communication has improved, the staff feels more connected, and there’s just an overall sense of positive energy and professionalism throughout the center.
The changes since she came on board have been nothing short of amazing, and I truly believe this KinderCare is in the best hands. If you’re looking for a center that feels like a second home—where your child will be loved, supported, and well cared for—I highly recommend this location!

Ms. Rachel (The center director) is an absolute sweetheart. It's obvious from the time you meet her, she's really invested in her staff and the children. Rachel along with her assistant have set the bar high for quality 👌🏽 training and staff preparation. You can feel safe at work knowing your child is in.good hands.

I regret that I bothered bringing my infant son here in most regards. If you're considering doing the same consider the fact that there are plenty other child care centers to gander at first before you pick here. My baby mama worked here to take advantage of having a place to bring our child; if anything, it was us who were taken advantage of. The first few weeks weren't so bad but I saw plenty other children, parents, and/or employees bounce in a shorter time than that, if not literally in the first 24 hours.

I wish I could put no stars. I am never one to leave a bad review but they made my first experience with childcare awful. I had childcare assistance, but now being on salary and making just enough to where I do not get childcare assistance anymore, I had no intention on staying and paying for daycare. I simply couldn’t afford it. So I stopped taking my son the minute my childcare assistance was up. He hasn’t been back since.
Little to my knowledge they charged me for WEEKS after my son had no longer stepped foot in there. Hundreds of dollars for quite literally nothing. As a single mother who is trying to afford any type of childcare and this being my first experience with a daycare, this is probably the most unprofessional thing I have encountered. Do better.
As far as the teachers they had a good few but with one being fired while my son was there, the replacement either couldn’t handle that many children or just didn’t care to pay my son enough mind. He was always FILTHY when I picked him up. I’m not sure about other KinderCares but this one is a disappointment to say the least. Save your money before they try to take it for no reason.

I wish I could give no stars. It was reported that my neice was neglected by a Ms Erica by being occupied by her cell phone that other bigger kids were able to harm her. My niece is only 5 months old. Why is only one person being left to monitor so many different age kids at one time. The director Ms Lynn’s response is that “Ms Erica” would never do something like that. My nephew reported what happened like he was supposed to do and was told he doesn’t know what he saw. My niece has been having unexplained scratches now we know why. It’s disgusting the way it is being brushed under the rug. My sister also contacted corporate to no avail. Please run far away from this place and any other locations. They clearly don’t care about kids only money. Just because you think someone would never do something not right does mean they don’t. In my line of work if an abuse issue was reported that employee would be removed from schedule so an investigation could be conducted.

I wish I could give a double zero this place is horrible. My child was abused by another teacher. Mysterious, bruises and scars kept popping up on my child The administrator did not comply with helping during investigation. I had to beg her to tell The police what happened run far away from this.

Great daycare, staff are amazing. We’ve used them the last four years and love that many of the same teachers are there as the same day we started. Center is always clean and orderly. Staff takes great care to make sure safety is a top priority.

This center is a wonderful center that is always so clean! The center director is also cleaning, has a warm friendly smile and communicates any concerns that I may have. The teachers are also so caring and keep me up to date with the app for KinderCare! I would recommend this center to anyone who asks!

The staff here will always have a special place in my heart. Everyone here is so wonderful. Ms. Savanna and Ms. Erika, especially were two outstanding teachers, my kids adored them and they loved my kids right back. The administration is just as wonderful too. They always have a warm friendly smile and truly love what they do.

I am beyond grateful for this center they are so great with my children and my children enjoy going here I love the care and compassion that is shown towards my children the director and assistant director and teachers are awesome highly recommend this center if you are looking for awesome child care!!?

This is a wonderful daycare and the staff is friendly. I have been apart of the kindercare family since 2005, the staff has great communication skills and work with you. I know my children are safe when I leave them while I'm away at work. I have dealt with alot of daycares and none of them will ever compare to kindercare.

You guys are excellent I love it here. I have been here since my daughter was 2 years old she is now 17. I have other children and keep coming back. I know everyone and I feel comfortable being here. You guys are family to me and I trust you with my kids. I wouldn't know what to do without you guys
