Shoutout to Rana for her amazing customer service skill. She was able to quickly set us up with a checking account and also make it easy to understan. This is my first account and I definitely recommend Chase, especially the Centerville branch.

Horrible customer service! I've been banking with chase for years and of all the different branches I've been to this one is the worst. Usually most of the staff are nice but there is one employee who is very unprofessional and rude (very short red hair). Very combative and argumentative and she just had to insert herself into the conversation I was having with the teller who was helping me. I recommend firing that employee she's just going to repel other customers with her nasty attitude. I won't be coming back to this branch again and am considering closing my account and switching banks after the hostile and disrespectful encounter I experienced the other day.

I was the CRA officer for a bank for almost a decade, and I know how to read customer service and consumer focus very well. I’ve received decent customer service here for the two years I’ve been a member of this community, but that has changed. The personal, customer focused feel from Kellie was phenomenal. You can’t teach that. Thank you!

I went to use the ATM and it was not working. Then I went to try to cash a check and discovered the office was closed. This is a service that people need and should never shut down . I am very upset by this . You might want to improve this service.

Today I have called this specific branch at least FOUR TIMES. Each time, the recording says that they are helping other customers and try later. The recording offers you a 1-800 number and the operator there referred me back to the specific branch. Extremely frustrating. Who cares if they say “hello” to you when you walk in if when you actually need questions answered during WEEKDAY BUSINESS HOURS, no one answers the published business phone. Very disappointed.

The banker guy in the corner yelling at his client on the phone needs to have his office moved to the dumpster behind the bank. If he was talking to me like that I'd be in the bank closing my accounts in milliseconds. I couldn't even think much less talk to the banker I was dealing with.Corporate needs to train their people better especially dealing with busniss accounts and chase.com Better customer service is expected.

I have been a member of Chase Bank since my military discharge in 2003. I have to say, this branch, by far, is my favorite to visit and interact with. The members are so friendly and welcoming, especially during these trying and challenging times. They always take time to explain and offer assistance, no matter the need. It is really nice to visit a place which treats you like family and not just a customer requiring service. I wish each of them many blessings and look forward to years of continued kindness and friendship.

Worst Chase Bank customer service ever. I can never get anything done through this branch. Avoid it like a plague. This is coming from a person who has given them multiple chances to redeem themselves but they just keep stooping to a new low only they can match. I am just surprised they are in existence with such poor service in this day and age.

I really miss the old Chase, or I should say Washington Mutual. Customer service was at the forefront and dealing face to face was a normal thing. I can't seem to go inside a Chase anymore such as I do (as minimally as I can) at the Centerville location, without tellers being rude and not seeming to be pleased to do their job. Why does Chase seem to be the only bank that has an attitude and can't even fill out a "deposit slip" for their customers, instead, and every time slides the deposit slip and says "fill that out"... really? Oh, and can't forget the "did you know you could do all this at the ATM? Yes smart a*** but I wanted to come IN! Hopefully they get what they wish for, and ATM's will take their jobs. Especially since their job is apparently having you pretty much do their job, give them the money, charge the customer a monthly fee, and repeat. Fix the teller's customer service skills that have been plunging at an alarming rate, stop making customers fill out the nonsense slips for a simple deposit and withdrawal, and make Chase back into a interactive and friendly bank, kind of like every other bank, except Chase.
