Don't understand the negative reviews, have consistently had positive interactions with friendly and professional staff at Chase for all banking needs. Never had long lines. Understand it could happen as every business can experience issues at times.

New in this state and my experience with this chase has been amazing the people there are so helpful and friendly, since day one I fell welcome everytime I go there and they are always willing to take that extra minute to make sure you are satisfied with your needs, I'm very happy to be part of the chase family .
