So glad we found this daycare! Love the care and guidance they give my son! We came from another daycare and I have seen such an improvement in his behavior being at child time! Forever thankful!

The community that this childcare center has created and engages in is phenomenal. It truly feels like a family. I know my child is learning many new things in a supportive and safe environment. All the teachers are great.

All of the staff is very friendly and you can really tell they care about all the children. They greet my daughter with a hug every morning and she leaves giving a hug at the end of every day.

We have had a great experience at Childtime for the past 3 years! It is evident that the staff love the children and build great relationships with each student. My daughter always looks forward to going to school everyday to see her teachers and friends.
I always brag to everyone how amazing it is to be able to check in on my daughter through the app by watching her live, seeing exactly what she eats everyday, and even pictures demonstrating the standards they are covering. As a teacher myself, I highly value this information and believe she is in great hands! Because I had recommended it so much, my coworker’s granddaughter now attends Childtime :)
I will be honest that we did have one small situation occur last year but after speaking with the director, Lilly, everything was handled quickly and we have not had any issues since! The office staff is amazing with communication and value your feedback. They are always jumping into the classrooms themselves to help out in any way they can. My daughter absolutely adores them and gets so excited to spend a little time with them everyday as we are leaving!
I recommend Childtime to anyone I know who is looking for great childcare!

As an elementary teacher and former daycare teacher, I have high expectations when it comes to childcare. When looking for a center for our son, we toured multiple places, but Childtime was a stand out.In the five years our son has been at Childtime, we've experienced a pandemic, family changes, and more, and Childtime has been a blessing at every turn. I know, without a doubt, that my child is loved by his teachers. The love the staff has for all of the children throughout the building is very apparent. Even when new staff members join, it feels like they have worked there all along.Part of the reason we looked at Childtime originally was because our niece had gone there years ago (she just graduated from high school), and the level of care is consistently high.The creativity and fun is abundant at Childtime. I recommend them to everyone.

We toured and selected this location for my child back in October 2023 to start in late March/early April 2024. It was confirmed they were going to have the spot open for us and she would be good to go. We have paperwork from multiple time periods in between and a deposit to prove this. Childtime gave our spot to someone else without telling us. Their justification was they called us twice with no answer (probably due to us both working and taking care of a newborn). There was no voicemail stating anything other than just checking in, no mention of our spot being given away. My wife called back the NEXT day to find out the director unapologetically gave up our slot even after a confirmation deposit and paperwork were filed. Absolutely unprofessional and severely traumatizing to us as we are scrambling to find an alternate, as we thought this was secured for our newborn. Zero stars would be appropriate in this situation. We have multiple pieces of confirming paperwork to prove we’d done everything necessary to keep this spot which we paid for. Hopefully we can find an alternative to this garbage institution. And we will be pursuing actions to recoup our deposit and costs associated.

Both of my toddlers love this place, they wake up every morning at 7am excited about going to school! I am also very pleased with the staff, everyone is friendly. The environment is also very clean and professional!!

Very poor communication. My son came home with marks constantly. I tried to address it with the director who doesn’t not listen and or seem to care. When I saw on camera staff hurting him the director preceded to still not do anything until I got the cops involved. There are a few good teachers. But with how the director I would never recommend this location.

Staff yell at the kids and we are fairly certain our son was touched inappropriately or introduced to inappropriate subjects. Our pediatrician concurs, but the staff and administrators had no idea what was happening. They also bust their ratios frequently due to low staffing. We pulled him out and kept him home as a result.
