Ms Tina and her staff are the absolute best! The facility is clean, has nice and well maintained facilities, and outdoor and indoor play areas! The staff takes amazing care of a daughter and they feel like part of the family. I’m lucky to have this KinderCare location in my village:)

The staff are absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend this center to everyone I know. The quality of care provided is exceptional and our child has flourished since starting there. It is evident that the staff at KinderCare are passionate about what they do and genuinely care for the children that they work with.

My husband and I took our kids to their first day at KinderCare East Social Row on Monday 09/30/2024, and the experience was far from what we expected. Upon entering the building, Tina approached us, informing me that there was a packet I needed to complete before my kids could attend. This came as a surprise because I had contacted the daycare multiple times in the previous month to confirm that everything was ready and to ask if they needed any additional information. At no point had anyone mentioned these packets.
While standing by the front desk, something truly disturbing caught our attention. Through a glass window behind us, I saw a caretaker changing a little girl's diaper while she was standing, right outside the bathroom door. Shockingly, all of the child’s private areas were fully exposed for everyone to see, including us. As parents, we found this completely inappropriate and felt very insecure about leaving our children in a place where their privacy could be compromised in such a way.
Additionally, the staff looked unprofessional. It was as if they had just gotten out of bed, and their clothes were noticeably unclean. The daycare itself appeared disorganized and messy, which only added to our discomfort. For the sake of my children's health and safety, I decided not to leave them there. I simply couldn’t risk their well-being or my peace of mind.
The next day, I called to speak with the manager to share my experience and inform her of my decision, but she wasn’t available. I left a message with the agent who answered the phone, and she assured me that she would pass it along to the manager and that I’d receive a call back as soon as possible. However, I have yet to hear from anyone.

This school really cares for your children. They treat each child as their own. My daughter has made the best of friends and LOVES her teachers. I love getting to see pictures of the activities she does throughout the day with her friends. I highly recommend sending your children here!

My baby goes here and I have never felt more at peace with an establishment. The parent app makes communicating effortless. I can see my baby’s progress through each day; what she eats, how much, when they change a diaper, when and for how long she naps, photos and/or videos during playtime…The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I can’t think of anything much more to say, other than I have no regrets about this daycare <3

Very kind staff, beautiful center! Very fun vibes! Love the parent app too!They have a gym for the kids to ply in on rainy days and a huge playground!

Even though my kids were there for a short time, we really loved this place, the number one reason for 5 stars is how good the sanitation was at the place and they always made sure the kids washed their hands frequently that kept my kids from getting sick! And, of course, special thanks to Lisa and Miss Bridget.

My child has attended since late 2018. While I don't have a concern with the care of my daughter, I do have concern with closures. During COVID, it seemed they implemented stricter standards than the hospitals. Since then they've struggled to adequately staff. As such, I was recently called 5 minutes before school to say there was no transportation for lack of trained bus drivers, which necessitated calling her out of school as she was already there and we were at work. They then asked for volunteers to keep their child home one day and cancelled transportation 3 more days before revoking the service for the remainder of the school year. Now I'm scrambling to cover the last 3 or 4 weeks of the school year. Thankfully I was already withdrawing her this summer as I'm a teacher.

My family and I moved here 1 1/2 years ago and this daycare was wonderful from the start. Staff is great and my son loves it there. It’s been a great experience and definitely recommend for anyone looking for Child Care.

We send both of our sons to this wonderful facility. We’ve been going since our first was only about 7 weeks old. It is clear that the staff actually cares about the children AND their families. I love seeing how much my little ones enjoy their days via the app. Plus my oldest has made huge improvements developmentally with the help of everyone at the center.

This center’s director and staff definitely feel like family to me and my kids. My mind is at ease while my kids are in their care & my kids feel safe which is most important. I enjoy the daily pictures and updates as well, it keeps me informed on their activities and etc.
