After a printing company failed to deliver obituaries for my best friends mother funeral... I went to 3 other print stores and walked into FedEx cold and almost defeated but Shoan was ABSOLUTELY GREAT he gave me many many options until we were OK with the price. I and my best friend will forever be grateful for him.
