Terrible customer service. Only 2 tellers for a line of customers plus the drive through. Been here 15 minutes and still waiting.It must be systemic, because they actually have tall chairs at the teller window because the wait is so long.

I have been unable to login to my online account for several weeks now. I've called the 800 support number as well as my local branch multiple times. The support center answer was if I can login with another device such as my cell phone, they won’t help. I have no other problems with Dayair, WrightPatt Credit Union, Chase Credit cards and now my new checking account at Chase! I've been a customer since mid 90's and no one cares, most Fifth Third employees care about as much as the average McDonalds employee. If you are looking at Fifth Third I’d go elsewhere!

the ATMS never take my money when i try to make a deposit. It is very frustrating. one of them also sucked my money up and then froze so i had to wait a few days to get it resolved. speakers outside don't seem to be loud enough, it's hard to hear the tellers. other than that the people inside are nice.

Never will use fifth third again. They switched my deposit times with transaction times forcing me to over drawl my account. This happened frequently when I was a broke college student. I ended up one of the many customers who were apart of a class action lawsuit against this bank. We Won of course.

I will never go to this Fifth Third Bank ever again!! I went through the drive thru yesterday (8/23/13) around 1:15pm, at this bank to deposit money, and to cash a few checks. There was another lady next to me also getting money out. The bank teller somehow switched our two canisters and gave this lady named Katherine my money and my driver’s license back. Well this lady never bothered to count her money or look at the driver’s license that she received back before she drove off. Well then another lady pulled up after Katherine had left and they had helped this lady before sending me my money and license back. They finally sent me my canister, and sent me Katherine’s money and Katherine’s driver’s license. They switched our canisters, so this lady that had already left the bank, had my money and my driver’s license. The bank had to call this lady and leave her a voicemail and basically wait for her to call them back, to bring my driver’s license back. The bank was very rude about this whole situation and would not give me this ladies phone number or any of her information, even though she had all my information on my driver’s license with her. This lady ended up calling the bank back and bringing my license back 4 hours later. I do not live near this bank, I live about 20-25 minutes away depending on the traffic, so it would have been nice if the bank would have offered me a gas card for driving all the way back to their location when all this was their fault!!! Needless to say, I will never go back to this Fifth Third bank, in Centerville, Ohio ever again!!
