They send alterations out and they won’t be done for 3-4 weeks. Won’t do basic things such as adding a button. Stay clear of this place.

Had a few things dry cleaned for a wedding and the dress still had a lot of wrinkles in it. Wanted to give them another chance and got a suit for a wedding dry cleaned. The white shirt came back with a giant tan stain on the back center of the shirt. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it until the day of the wedding and have no alternative shirts. Super disappointed.

I was excited to try Fox Cleaners for both dry cleaning and alteration services. Beware you must pin your own alterations, there is 0 price transparency, and coupons are not good on alterations. I was still willing to give them a chance… When I brought the items back pinned (my second trip), I was told they no longer took alterations. The person they outsourced to “quit,” contrary to what I was advised less than a week earlier. I was told I could leave the items, but they didn’t know when or how they would completed. Unimpressed to say the least. I’ll find services elsewhere.

You all did very well. The remaining minor coloration is only visible if one knows where to look. I'll just have to be more careful with ketchup.

I took my bed quilt and pillow shams into Fox Cleaners. They had it cleaned and packaged up for me to pick up ahead of the time I was told it would be done. It looks fabulous. Thanks

My dry cleaning was supposed to be ready Friday by 5pm, it wasn't ready until Saturday around 10am. I dropped off 1 dress and 2 blazers. I'd looked up their pricing ahead of time, so imagine my surprise when I pick up my cleaning and am told my 3 pieces were $60, almost double what I'd anticipated paying based on their price sheet. Apparently they don't honor their pricing, and I mistakenly didn't ask them the cost when I dropped it off. Then again, I never expected them to charge me to dry clean the tiny belt attached to the dress as a separate piece. This tiny piece of fabric cost me $6 to have dry cleaned. This is insanely suspicious, and predatory pricing practices. I will not be going back to Fox dry cleaners.

I love this Fox Cleaner's! I know I can always trust them to provide great, timely service for all of my dry cleaning needs, and each article of clothing always comes back to me well taken care of and like new! It's wonderful to be able to have a dry cleaning service who knows what they're doing! Thank you for all that you do!

Awesome service, they always take care of me. I used to go here prior to Fox taking over and was worried the service would change. It hasn't, they were great before and now with Fox, they are still great.

You should consider closing at least at 6 pm. Most people get off work at 5 and do not have time to pick up their cleaning! I tried to make it after work three times to pick up my order and you were closed!
