The storage location is convenient, and they offer a variety of unit sizes. My only complaint is that the key lock was snapped—fortunately, I had a spare key. It would be great if they could improve the quality of their locks. Sierra (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly), the storage manager, was very helpful and coordinated with my friend to assist with the unloading while I wasn’t present.

Key to the lock they provided snapped on the third time using it with barely any pressure Applied. Large amount of gravel in front of the storage unit directly underneath the garage door, which makes it hard to roll things in and out on a dolly.

Excellent Storage Facility with an Outstanding Manager!
I recently rented a unit at CubeSmart , and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and exceptional customer service from the manager, Ciera.
Ciera truly goes above and beyond to ensure that all customers feel welcomed and valued. She took the time to explain all the available options, recommend the right size unit for my needs, and answer all of my questions patiently. Her friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, but it’s the management that truly sets it apart. Ciera regularly checks the property and is always available to assist, making it clear that the satisfaction and safety of the customers are their top priorities.

Edit: The cost went up 20%!! We will be looking for a new storage facility.
The pricing isn't too expensive, and the location is convenient. But the facility itself needs renovation. All of the 'garage' doors need work. But the most noticeable problem is the pavement and concrete. There's a lot of gravelly rubble at the entrances to the units that quite honestly are a trip hazard.
