I bought a QX 50 and I absolutely Love it!David was my sales guy and he was above and beyond what I am used to when buying a car. I was nervous and he literally made me feel like we had been friends for years. Everyone from the time you walk in the door are Amazing. I was told about about the service and quality of Evans from a friend and long time Evans customer and he was spot on. I had the best experience with taking home my "sexy" new QX60. They even assisted me in selling my old vehicle. The process was smooth and enjoyable. Special shout out to David for all his help and follow up support! He made me feel like part of the family. I love my new 2024 QX60. I went in with a price in mind and did not need to negotiate at all. David's offered was right at what I was wanting to pay.He made the car buying experience very enjoyable and easy. He also recommended having the wheels professionally blackened, which looks amazing!

The BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCEON 9/27/2023 saw a vehicle I was interested in on the website, so I emailed to see if it was still available, instantly I received an email that someone would be reaching out to me soon. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Cora Whitney to let me know the vehicle was available and would I like to schedule a time to come out. We arrived at 5:15pm and Cora immediately went and got the Sales Manager Jerome Smart Jr. who greeted us with a warm welcome. He got the keys for me to test drive the vehicle I had inquired about 2021 QX50 black on black. Great vehicle but upon my return from the test drive I saw a 2021 QX50 Sensory Red/with black interior that really really caught my attention and Tony Pinto Sales Consultant immediately went and got the keys for me to test drive this.This was my vehicle it was absolutely beautiful and I fell in love. Once we let Jerome and Tony know this is the one we wanted they ran the numbers, we approved and was then sent to Finance where we met with Scott Evans who explained in detail all the different finance options and additional packages and made sure he answered all of our questions and explained everything in detail. 1 hour and 1/2 from start to finish we were in and outBecause I drove my vehicle, i scheduled to come back out the next day to pick up my QX50 Sensory, they provide a courtesy ride from my home to the dealership to pick up my vehicle,It was already to go and David went over features of the car with me. To say GREAT is an UNDERSTATEMENT, iNFINITI OF DAYTON IS TOP TIER

I worked with Christian on a used car purchase. I am in Minnesota and they are in Dayton Ohio. I was trading in a car. Since they could not see my car I provided detailed pictures and they gave me a great trade in price. Christian made the sale easy being I was not there to view their car in person. The purchase was painless. He was honest and up front. Best of all it only took 25 minutes when I showed up to drop off my trade in and pickup a (new to me) car. Thanks so much Christian!!!

I have had nothing but an amazing experience at Evans Infinity especially with parts. Zac Harrison went out of his way to help me me out. His outstanding service for me was amazing. Him and his co-worker gave me a cost estimate along with all weather floor mats that they installed for me. Well done Evans Infinity, I am impressed with your associates.I was so impressed with our experience that I bought two vehicles at the same time with Tony Pinto. His no pressure and confidence led me to inquire about buying a Q50 red sport. He went out of his way to find me a vehicle I wanted. Thank you Tony for the great service that the wife and I received.

I have been treated like a king by Zach, head of the parts department. Not only was he knowledgeable but friendly too. Researched some of my parts for me and got my body shop through a very difficult and time consuming parts order quickly. Great Job!!Highly recommend for top service and professionalism.

I thank God for everything!!! I haven’t always been able to buy a new car. I received great customer service! I told David what I was looking for and he found it within 24 hours! He was quick to send me pictures since I couldn’t make it out in person. He was flexible with my schedule. We made it in and drove off with my new car! Thank you very much!!!

I bought a used G37 from these guys on Saturday 6-3-23. I am a out of state purchaser, so the transaction had some hurdles. Tony Pinto was my salesperson, and the info he provided was fast, efficient and Accurate. - When I arrived, Christian was prepared, and waiting for me. The car was perfect as described, the paperwork was prepped and ready. NO BS, NO hard pressure upsells. The plate was on, and the transaction was fast and efficient.I have told many people this was the BEST car transaction I can remember.I love this dealership, and wished I lived closer for them to do all of my service.
