I am visiting in Dayton but needed a haircut badly. I went to Penny's at Dayton Mall and was lucky to get Carly. Excellent haircut. I have very thick, straight hair and she did a superb job of blending the layers. I love my cut!!! Thank you Carly!

While the salon’s location inside the store makes it somewhat hard to find my experience was very good. The staff was helpful, and my stylist was great.
