Shout out to James who serviced my vehicle the other day. Even though the shop was short-handed at the time, James did an excellent job getting me out in a timely manner. He was very professional and friendly. I plan to return in the future.

Would never ever go to this place again. I went and got my oil changed a month ago and noticed 3 weeks later that I had a oil leak because I always check my oil and it was low and I noticed there was a little oil under my car. They cracked my oil pan.The reason why it took me over 3 weeks to figure out that I had an oil leak where I live you would never see the oil on the ground I have dark gravel and dirt where I park you can't notice it. Contacted a DM, and they want proof that they did it. How am I supposed to do that . Thanks for the bad service. And thanks for the cracked oil pan.
I did contact you in an email, and you said, "Do you have papers from a dealership stating this?" If so, I would like to see them. Ok, I don't have to take it to anyone. we looked at it, and your guys did it prove to me they did not. You have not gotten back to me about this. What a company this is do crappie work and not own it.
It is June 11, and they still have not gotten back to me its been moths. It shows that they don't care if they tear your stuff up.

I went to Jiffy Lube #1676 in Centerville, Ohio On May 24 to get my oil changed and they had a $25 off coupon. I took my mom‘s Lexus, which is a 2004 and only requires conventional oil and the oil change was $55.99 and I had a $25 off coupon. When I checked out, they charged me $48.05 because they charged me an extra $9.99 for coolant top off. We had just started using my mother’s car again to drive her around she’s elderly, and my brother had just filled the coolant. It was completely full to the top and it is not leaking anywhere. If it was leaking on my driveway, I would put the car in the street, but there has not been any leaking the two weeks I have had it. I literally check every day to make sure it’s not low when I drive it because we had to fill it after it sat un driven outside all winter. It was completely full when I left my house 2.6 miles away but they charged me $9.99 to fill the coolant. There’s no way it leaked and no one asked me if I would pay the extra $9.99 and when I called back, they said that they wouldn’t have filled it If it wasn’t low, again I literally checked it before I left to go there which is only 2.6 miles away and they said they don’t ask for permission for that they just fill it and charge you. I had a $25 off coupon and I believe they charged me an extra $9.99 because they wanted to make extra money plus they charged me $4 for shop supplies for non itemized supplies that “may be added” so my oil change that should have been $30.99 plus tax was $44.98 plus tax They overcharged and they only added extra money on because I had a coupon and I mentioned it when I went in. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again! Valvoline is the way to go. They also took 25 minutes to change the oil and Valvoline takes less than 10 minutes and does a much better job. It’s a little pricier, but they don’t rip you off! I will not be going back to Jiffy Lube and I would recommend people stay away as they will add charges on for things that you didn’t need or they did not even do just to bump the price up, especially if you have a coupon!

The only negative thing was finding out that Jiffy lube only rotates tires on one side, instead of the traditional way to do it correctly.

My wife took her 2020 Honda Civic here for an oil change. They replaced her wiper blades and the oil change and it was 150 bucks total ripoff.
I would go somewhere else that’s ridiculous!!
She feels they took advantage of her because she is a woman.
