It was a big grocery store with a lot of non-grocery items. So, it takes a while to work your way through the store to find and buy what you want. Oh, and when you do figure out where everything is, they will rearrange the store!

Great supermarket, cheap gas with major discounts up to a dolllar off if you use supermarket regularly. I get additional discount use the Fold prepaid card that gives me 2.5% back in Bitcoin if you are into that sort of thing. I would like a better meat selection at the one I shop at.

I needed two money orders for my rent, and SPECIFICALLY asked for them to be rang up separately so that I could keep a certain amount on one of my cards. Only for the woman to ring them up simultaneously and drain one of my accounts completely. When I asked her to redo, she simply tried to do a money transfer, which wasn’t at all what I needed. I kept trying to explain it but she just got frustrated with me. I then tried voiding them only for it to not work. So I’m not exactly sure how I’m supposed to pay for gas this week as she just drained one of my account completely when that’s exactly what I’d been trying to avoid. I literally got in my car and cried I was so frustrated! Especially since I only got treated like I was the problem and was the one not understanding. I was trying to be as patient and polite as possible but that could’ve easily been avoided had she just listened and paid attention the first time. Maybe you should consider having people who are up front tending to money services actually know what they’re doing.

The customer service seems to decline with each trip! EVERY time I shop there , I get overcharged for at least one item! Usually 2 to 3 items Two weeks ago I bought 5 small ice cream containers only to realize that they changed me but didn’t bag them! I’m really starting to hate shopping there and I used to like Kroger- I’ve been shopping there over 50 years

Love this Krogers (favorite one). Their bakery, produce and cheese selection is phenomenal. Nice employees. Lots of flowers.

Went in to get a ribeye steak hoping for USDA Prime or USDA Choice. All the packages were only labeled "Angus". Two labels on every package, 1 the Angus label and the second was a large label for price. Under one of the labels an extremely large section of fat was hiding. Not a great steak
considering what I paid for it.

Every time whenever I did my grocery shopping for pick up. They always did something wrong like every time . Poor quality fruits like fungus strawberries and grapes and I order Different stuff they packed different stuff .

I attempted to pump gasoline but the flow stopped after one second. The pump refused to restart, but the screen showed a charge of 33.50. I was concerned that my credit card had been charged. The gentleman in the little booth had no idea what to do. I approached the "service desk" in the store. WE cannot help you. Call 800-krogers. I connected with a computer who instructed me to connect with www.you Moron .com. Would not connect me to a human being. Almost every time I pump gas at Krogers there is a computer glitch. Guess my Krogers points are worthless.

Check the dates on your food. I just bought a loaf of bread that is outdated in 4 days from my purchase.. had to wade through some stuff on the shelves that is outdated..
