These people act like they cannot be bothered. After asking a few simple questions kindly, I have had Four experiences of poor customer service in the past two days! Over the phone And in person. This is why I prefer to go to Home Depot their customer service has almost always been superior 99%.

Well I went to lowes because I needed a new part to my shower faucet. Well waited no one around...its a Sunday, after more than 5 min I went up to customer service to have someone paged. I told/informed the lady I needed help. I'm walking back because I told her aisle 33 I believe. I'm walking back to the area. No announcement. I'm waiting, I look towards front door where customer service is...really I saw the same lady that i asked at customer service desk walk out to look for me because she forgot i am asuming because she did not page anyone at this point, as soon as she saw me she then paged for help in aisle 33. I know for a fact
she and her co worker were talking as I was approaching and I had to interrupt them. I'm just irritated because lack of someone thinking and almost forgetting about a customer who is coming in to purchase. This is coming from someone that works retail for 30+ years and someone who is customer service driven. Believe me, home depot is not far away but Lowes is 5 min closer on my drive.

I had a rather unsatisfactory experience lately. I wished to reinstate a credit card I had canceled. A website I found said I could indeed do that within 30 days of canceling. A telephone operator for Lowe's said I could not reactivate the card after 24 hrs of canceling. A clear contradiction of policy. How can you trust anything on their websites to be accurate? I just decided to end my patronage with Lowe's. I felt they should go a bit farther to make the customer happy. Lowe's doesn't feel that way evidently.

Linny at the customer service desk was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. If you ever purchase something from Lowes make sure to not buy it as a gift because if given as a gift and the recieving party wants to return it they will not be able to even get store credit. Extremely disappointed and will not be back. Tina was helpful in explaining the new policy and working with us.

They deliver very bad quality wood and deley my project 2 times and that cost me me money becouse contractor charge me extra hours for coming back - they schedule delivery to pick up then they change the delivery date without notic I was charge for delivery for this bad wood - it's 16ft wood I can't take back - at the end I had to install this bad quality wood on my new patio:( so the contractor doesn't charge me for 3rd visit

Sold me a pair of snips, opened them for me, and helped me get the fish hook out of my hand! Even gave me some Neosporin and a bandaid. 5/5, would choose Lowe's over ER for minor medical emergencies again.

I’ve been trying to get a front door since March . They have had 3 people at 3 times come out to measure for my door and so they sent out a 81 inch door which was 2 inches to short so they remeasured the door and took the 81 inch door back. While they were here they took parts of my storm door off and did not put them back on my door but told me they would be back to install new door and put my storm door parts back on. Well the next thing they called again saying they needed to come out and measure the door again so they came remeasured for the 3 rd time and said they would be installing the door after it’s made. So in the meantime I am making payments on a door I still do not have and they won’t even call me to let me know so I went there to find out what is going on about the door, if the order has been sent in or what. I asked to speak to the manager but he was on vacation so another guy told me they have to refund and rebuild the order that they already did on the last door so now it’s being done again. They were suppose to be working on it and was suppose to call me but as of today 6/26/24 they have not. I have never been through anything like this before. If I do not hear from them soon I will just cancel the order and get a refund because I should not be paying on a door I do not have!

If i could go 0 stars I would. I had a online order. Got a notification that it was at the store and ready. Picked up order. Order should have been 2 boxes. The lady brought out 1 box. I told her there should be 2. She insisted that both orders were in the same box. After some back and forth I gave up and assumed she was right. Get home and I missing half more order. Call the store and get put on hold multiple times. Finally after 30 min they hang up. I call back again immediately get put on hold and hung up again after 30 min. Call back and I'm told there is nothing they can do and I would have to contact lowes customer service. Being lied to and wasting 1.5 hours if my life just to be told by lowes that i need to call lowes. I'm not impressed and would not recommend anyone going to this location.
