We love the team at Mercedes-Benz of Centerville, they gave us the most hassle-free car buying experience ever. As first-time Mercedes owners, we had lots questions that our sales rep Vaughn and the staff patiently answered. They let us test drive models without any pressure.When we decided to trade up from my wife's old Honda, they explained our options thoroughly and guided us through paperwork quickly. We felt taken care of the entire time and even got a photo with owner Jenell Ross!My wife loves her new car! We highly recommend Vaughn and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Centerville. Their stellar service matched the quality of the Mercedes brand.

A wonderful experience! I didn’t buy my Mercedes here, but needed some service. Everyone was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased an extended warranty here, and they were very helpful with options. Even gave me a free car wash! I’ll definitely keep getting any needed service here, and consider purchasing a vehicle here in the future!

Exceptional above & beyond customer service. Dan delivered a flawless customer service experience. I think this is what should be expected from a dealership and service center for a top notch luxury car brand, and MB of Centerville did not disappoint! Great customer service all around! Really enjoy the Mercedes brand and level of service however level of quality has dropped. Mercedes offered a pickup/drop off service that is not available any longer. With the purchase of an AMG level vehicle we expected a bit more. This is our 5th Mercedes but afraid it may be our last. Vehicles prices go up, lack of service goes down and selection and availability is limited. Staff is extremely courteous but not as excited about the brand.

Worst Mercedes Dealer ever for our 30+ experience with Mercedes- Benz. I don't even agree this location can be called as a real Mercedes-Benz qualified dealer.This is the only Mercedes dealer around Dayton, Ohio. So, they charged the diagnosis fee $ 210 per warning lights. I have never heard any dealer does that. For example, my Car has the check engine and suspension lights on, they will charge double the price which is $ 420 for only diagnosis and won't wave the fee even if I'm willing to fix the issues at this location, which means a possible $6, 000 + bill. No previous real Mercedes-Benz at Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and South Carolina, etc. does that.Even more, I have the warranty purchased through one of the Mercedes-Benz deals. The Service Advisor Dan Phong said he will not work with them because it was an after market warranty. I showed the warranty certificate and the document to him, he doubt if it will work on my face. He just not willing to work this out even I stated clearly I purchased through the Mercedes-Benz dealer and have used it.Unfortunately, this is the only near dealer with me, but I'll be willing to drive 30 miles to another real Mercedes-Benz location to have my care service done there. I'll call Mercedes-Benz on if this is the real Mercedes Qualified dealer.No Star for Centerville location.

If I could give 10 stars for this service department I would. This is what amazing service looks like. Dan P. Gets 20’ stars for me. Very knowledgeable about his Mercedes, whatever questions I asked he answered. The whole staff that I encountered was super nice and friendly. It’s like the red carpet of service centers. Thanks Dan P. For taking care of me.

Fastest car purchase experience ever! It was thorough and pleasant. They even picked me up at my home to take me to my new car. The only things missing were a nice writing pen to keep and a wine bar. (But the pen wasn’t necessary because it was all signed digitally anyway…..maybe a MB shirt or a hat?)

My first experience with a warranty and recall service was with MB of centerville and I was assigned Danner as my service advisor. He gave me an estimate time frame of when the car would be done and it was done in that time frame. They did an excellent job and couldn't be happier with the car and service provided. Thanks so much!

I was traveling from Missouri to Ohio and a couple service lights came on. My friend called 4 different Mercedes dealerships and Centerville was the only one that told me to come in and they would help me. Daniel Danner was so incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions and advised me what to do. I highly recommend this dealership and Daniel!!!

Took my Mercedes to so called foreign auto repair shop twice because my shifter wasn’t shifting properly, after getting charged $1700 they hand me the keys with the same problem. I was so disappointed I felt like I was robbed on the highway.I took my Mercedes to Mercedes Benz of Centerville it was diagnosed the same day, all it was; was a bad shifter assembly. I regret not coming to Mercedes of Centerville in the first place. So ! the big question is didI didn’t save money by going somewhere else claims to be experts in foreign auto. I waisted $1700. Make no mistakes take your Mercedes where it belongs. Mercedes of Centerville. Professional people they are kind and very helpful basically they just care.Thank you for everything my Mercedes is running so awesome ????

I went in for a routine manufacturing safety recall. It came to me through my annual registration notification. I called on Monday, took my vehicle in on Tuesday afternoon service took my car within 2 minutes of my arrival. I waited in the lounge 30 minutes while the inspection was completed.I was personally escorted back to my vehicle with a quick explanation of what was done, My vehicle was washed and ready.It’s gratifying to have a service that is respectful of your time and gives the attention to detail that this dealership provides.Thanks

A light had came on on my dashboard, came in as a walk in to the service dept. Everybody was busy in there, however, Dan was on the phone & made the time to help me out WHILE on the phone. Dan took great care of me as well as everybody in the service AND sales dept. Thank you so much Dan! Great experience.
