Mike is such a fantastic and humble person. He fixes what is requested and doesn't poke around to try and sell more. Not only do they fix it, they do it FAST. Twice I had two separate car issues and I took it to Nickerson when they opened and it was fixed by close of business. Mind you these were minor repairs... including a wheel bearing replacement which could verge on the edge between minor and moderate, but still. No hassles, none of that upsell of windshield wipers like you would get at other places, great prices and fantastic staff. It's really hard to find a place this high tier of customer service, but Nickerson is my new home for car maintenance. Signed, a very satisfied customer.

The people were extremely friendly, they don't try to aggressively upsell you, and are overall extremely welcoming people. This will be my go to location for any work needed on my car!

Had my car for 7mths stating they couldn't find a fuel pump to fit it. I even asked if they could fix my tail light since they had my car for so long. Finally had it towed to hammerhead where they fixed it in 3 days?? Headlight was still broken, they could have at least fixed my taillight like I asked. I would have paid them. Just don't understand why I sat 7 mths with NO vehicle waiting on a "fuel pump" that never came.

Mike and his team are top shelf, I recently had a new fuel line replaced in my 2000 chevy silverado 2500, His team had it done in less than 1 day, quality work, at a fair price. Mike is up front and very personable. If you need work done on you vehicle, go see Mike and his team, totally awesome!!!
