Apartments are in great condition and very very nice. Move in process was seamless. Elena, the manager, is a pleasant person and did a terrific job helping and answering questions throughout the move in process.

I never got to move into the property due to availability, but I did tour it. The staff there is so friendly and the property is absolutely beautiful! The apartments are very nice and well kept up with. They have plenty of amenities and is located in a great location

My experience of living at Normandy club has been very pleasant and memorable (we made 2 kids there). The rent was on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. The community is quiet and beautiful. Whenever I do have maintenance requests, they always responded within a day, even on the weekends. When I moved out, I spent a lot of time cleaning the unit, and we got all of our deposit back. I forgot to cancel my electricity, and did have to pay for it for 20 days or so after I move out. They weren’t able to reimburse for it but it was my fault. I would strongly recommend this place to any responsible adults.

It's a great area to live in. Neighbors are nice & friendly & the property is great with multiple ponds/fountains. The maintenance staff is really quick in responding to service requests and the office staff are very welcoming. Plan was to be here 2-3 years, and after being here for nearly a year, we made the right choice. Recommend this place. Making wonderful memories here.

I’m still having issues almost 3 years later!! They claim I owe after I experienced multiple issues on their behalf. They are lucky I didn’t sue when I was living there! Now my credit is completely messed up!DO NOT RENT HERE!

My husband and I just moved in this month, and it is a complete 180 compared to where we were at before. I cannot rave enough about these apartments and the community. Centerville was my hometown (for 22 years). It feels so great to finally move back after nearly 6 years, and I'm so glad we chose Normandy Club to come back home to.The noise level is non existent. When we open the windows, all we hear is birds. The grounds are kept better than I've seen at any complex, and you can tell they take pride in their complex because they even have beautiful plants around each building. The buildings and location are extremely safe and quiet. We even have a peep-hole on our door! A great perk is that even if you need to park farther away from your apartment, you're never really that far away from your unit. The private entrances are really what makes it perfect though. We are also located right in the middle of EVERYTHING as far as dining, entertainment and shopping. That's really great for us, but probably really bad for our wallets. When it comes to maintenance, we have not had the pleasure of dealing with them, and that makes me SO happy! They did such an amazing job flipping our apartment, we had not a single complaint or issue when we moved in, and we still don't. You can tell those guys really know how to do their job and care about the community. And lastly, the staff is just wonderful. They have been nothing but helpful and welcoming from the beginning. I have called so many times with so many questions, and they are always ready to answer them. They also left us the cutest and most thoughtful welcome package when we moved in. What really impressed us though was how they handled moving us in during COVID-19. They were on top of everything, and really eased my anxiety during the whole process while keeping everything no contact. Thank you, Normandy Club, we are beyond happy to finally call this place home!!

Garbage. I lived here for more than 2 years. Manipulative management hands down. This place has a lot of drainage system issues, bad insulation, my apartment had black moldmise, and paddles of water in front of theappartment entrance. When ever it rainedyou ame it.

The staff here is not only friendly and readily available, but also quick to address any problems that may arise. Last winter my heat was not working properly and after having maintenance look at it promptly, they dtermined the unit needed replacing even though maintenance had gotten the heat working again. The next day, their heat/air contractor was here and replaced my unit while I was at work. I was impressed.And I can't write a review without mentioning Julie. She has been extremely helpful since I moved in. Having had some personal issues that came out of the blue, she not only talked with me, but did all within her power to help me work some things out. I am extremely grateful for her caring presence, it will never be forgotten. She and her staff don't just consider the people who live here tenants, but friends.
