First of all this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car I will definitely be a returning customer. Definitely ask for Justin if you are looking at a vehicle on their lot. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and goes above and beyond. This dealership is more than fair and creates a very relaxed no pressure environment when car shopping.

Don't trust this dealership. recently purchased a truck from them. They told me that the truck had 2 keys. delivered it with only 1 key and said they lost money on the truck so they cannot help with key. Finance lied regarding amount financed and payoff due. beware.

I decided to start looking at this location due to the amount of inventory options they had on the lot and so glad I did. I was greeted by Sierra and throughout the whole process and my many many questions she was so patient, knowledgeable and had an overall great welcoming personality. As the process continued all staff members I worked with were also great. I have bought a few vehicles before and been through this process and this truly was the best experience I have had from start to finish. Highly recommend starting at this location or adding it to your list!

I am a return customer as I love my Jeeps and love the Crew at Jeepland Centerville. This was my 4th Vehicle leased there. Kyle Dooley is the absolute best every time I go up there and has helped me numerous times. I also got to meet Sierra this time to help process me through and she was so professional, sweet, and you can tell she loves her job. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new or used car. !!!!!!! PUBLIC WARNING !!!!!!!
If you take your vehicle here, big if, see Jake Dodson(service advisor) he is the only good thing about this place. I dont like putting bad reviews in here, but the public needs to know. Took my RAM 3500 for engine issues. Engine needed a complete replacement and was under warranty. took almost 3 months to do it. They gave me a rental with expired tags and got pulled over. Tech quit in the middle of the install and when it was done, I got it back and found missing engine parts not put back on. Took it back they said they would give it a major look over to find issues and got it back. Seemed fine then saw an oil leak and no A/C at all. Took it back, they tried to blame me for the engine oil leak and a hole in the compressor. After some lengthy conversations, they covered it. Got it back and A/C wasnt blowing, took it back and they said all was well. I had to show them by using another truck to prove it wasn't blowing. They replaced it, at my cost. Hundreds of miles driven to get things fixed they screwed up and not once an Im sorry or lets fill up your tank or maybe a oil change on them, nothing. This place basically stole from me and just said if anything else goes wrong bring it back. Zero confidence in my truck now and going to take it to another mechanic to look it over. A complete nightmare and the current Manager Jacob Wiemer even got a letter from me and even he did nothing but say bring it in if there are more issues. Burger King messed up my order and even they made it right and threw in an apple pie as an Im sorry. This place cost me money in fuel and time and did nothing. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! Find somewhere else for gods sake, they will not fix your vehicle correctly.

Sierra Jones is a ROCKSTAR!! She nestled me in another sleek, all black Wagoneer! The trade-in process was smooth with zero hiccups! Sierra was highly informative, polite, and worked around my hectic Flyer schedule! Love her! Next up is a consistent during all of my Performance purchases…Tim aka Mr. Finance! Called in, Spoke with Joe the Salesman. Showed up 10 minutes later with the car I was interested in already in the front. An hour before going to this dealership, I had a bad experience with the dealer across the street. So I was a bit hesitant. Joe, from the very beginning, was nice, had a smiling face, and a great aura! I talked to him about my trade in, what I expected, and what my cost per month I wanted my new car to be at. He delivered that, plus more. Joe has a very welcoming personality, and he’s delightful to be around! He worked his magic and sent me on my way with my new car! I’m thankful I met him today! If you go to this dealership, ask for Joe because he wasn’t there to sell me something, he was there to build a relationship with me and make sure I’m taken care of! I recommend this place! If you need to be heard, and be respected, come to this dealership! Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

I was unhappy initially with the experience but then came two gentlemen named Jacob and restored my faith in customer satisfaction aside from the service writer staff. They did an excellent job cleaning and detailing my car, my maintenance issues were attended to and I left with a smile on my face! They also gave me a beautiful Ram to drive while mine was being serviced.
