Went there for feeder crickets for my Tarantula. They were quick with service and when I get a big bag of cat litter, they carry it out to the parking lot.

This store is the best pet store around! The employees are always available. Always helpful. Always friendly. Very knowledgeable. And they always ask if they can help me take my purchases to my car & load for me & take the cart back in. It is the ONLY pet store I shop at for all of these reasons!

This crew of young people are exceptional customer service employees. There are a few, slower than norm people but they are generally really nice.
They have the Banded Crickets. IMO, the best critter to feed my geckos.

Wasted almost 2 hrs in this store with a girl who when we were all ready to checknout after closing all our fish, we found out she was not properly trained. She tried to send us home with a bunch of fish and a new tank. She had no professional clue that her boss which was " busy " with literally 3 customers for the 2 hrs would tell us at the end that our fish would die if we took them and didn't wait for 48 hrs to get fish for the 200.00 tank we were about to purchase. This lady would have killed all these fish that all the kids picked out. We were sick about this. I do not suggest EVER going here to shop. Especially buying pets. This store is pathetic!!

Great service, great variety and stock. However the mealworms they offer tend to be very small, but that's how shipped mealworms usually turn out. Id recommend looking into breeding mealworms in-house.

Excellent service.
The brand of dogfood I came to purchase was sold out because of another brands recall created extra demand, the staff member explained to me. Said a new truck delivery was scheduled for later in the week. They called when the truck delivered and set aside a bag for me.

Bought several bags and cans of dog food with a 25% off coupon because their prices are unusually high. A few days later, one of the tabs on a can of dog food broke off when attempting to open it and a can opener would not work due to the top and bottom being too recessed. Took the can back to the store for an exchange. Employee looked up my account and could see the purchase and told me to get another can. When I returned to the register, he told me I owed $0.47 because it wasn't the sale price when I used the coupon. I briefly tried to explain that it was an exchange and it should be for the price I originally paid for it, but he didn't see it that way. I paid the $0.47 but will NEVER buy from them again. It's not about the $0.47 but more about the way they do business.

Update: Corporate stood by their position of screwing us out of points. They acknowledged that we earned them but policy is designed to hose people over that trust them. HOWEVER:The store in Centerville is digging into their own pockets to give us a credit . I admire them honoring their commitment to customer loyalty. My score represents my review of this individual store. Corporate thieves get 0 stars.
