I have never had a problem with this bank. The people are great, and the services they provide are quick, efficient, and exactly what I need. They have always been there to help me even with the passing of my parents and have always been there to give me good advice on how to handle things. I'd give them 10 Stars if I could.

Denied me help when my husband died even though I paid off my car and didn't owe anyone! Made my credit score go down because they took so long to process the request.Never answer the phone when I need them so I'm taking all my money somewhere else! Btw, wouldn't allow me access my own safe deposit box when I needed it most! MY OWN PROPERTY!

I have been dealing with this branch for six years and have found everyone to be courteous and helpful. They have always answered any questions that I may have to my satisfaction and were prompt in doing so. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

RUDE! I came to location and was ignored The staff looked at me like I was stupid when they could've just simply said they were closed and come back to tomorrow be better.

After 21 years of doing both personal & small business banking with PNC I left and took all my business including a mortgage to Old Fort Banking. It was multiple things gone wrong over a 2 year period but the "straw" was profiting on my hardship. It took me 3 months to get out of there but I am gone forever. Be careful who you trust with the money.
