Zero grounds maintenance in winter. Last year absolutely no clearing of the parking lot. Management also told tenants they will not clear sidewalks - so sidewalks, which are required for use to get to individual apartment buildings - are covered in ice, because “salt will damage the cement”. Further, if tenants choose to salt the sidewalks (for their own safety) they will be charged for damage. Lesson here: management cares more about their concrete sidewalks than the safety of their tenants.

Besides the convenience of everything around you within walking distance the property is absolutely beautiful. It has a new pool being built and maintenance is really on top of thanks. John and Jason are awesome.

This is a great apartment community management is always attentive to anything I need. The maintenance staff is also very efficient. Since i’ve moved in it has been great no complaints. I especially love the location right next to everything I need or want. Definitely look into living here!

The locations is perfect it’s close to everythinggg shopping restaurants parks anything you could need. The apartments are fantastic. The units are clean and modern and comfortable. Management is friendly and quick to respond, and the community is always well kept. I’m very happy living here.

Ten31 is one of the best apartments in the area. Prices are reasonable especially for all the renovations they have done. So excited for the new pool to completed so I can use it next summer. The office staff I spoke to was very kind and helpful with all of my concerns.

My son lives in these apartments. The apartments are nice but the management company is a joke. The manager refuses to accept any payment unless it is made online. They will not accept personal checks or money orders. Money grab.. that's what its all about. Don't bother to express your concerns to upper management. THEY DO NOT CARE.

I inquired about Ten31 on 9/20 and never received a follow-up. I’ve called the office repeatedly on 9/22 and 9/23 with no answer or return call. If it’s this difficult to reach management before becoming a resident, I can’t imagine the experience as a paying tenant. This is a poor first impression, unprofessional and unacceptable. Towne Properties needs to do better.
