We visited the Tile Shop (Centerville) for advice on correcting a poorly installed walk-in tiled shower. Grace Wagoner was extremely knowledgeable, not only of the tile inventory, but of Wedi shower system products and installation. Grace provided us with a list of tile professionals, and we were most fortunate to work with Stella Rose Construction who responded quickly and resolved the major issue with our walk-in shower.
We greatly appreciate Grace’s assistance and the quality work performed by Stella Rose.

So many choices and cost ranges. Grace was exceptionally helpful and patient..never feel rushed..All sales associates were friendly and offered good advice. Have screen so can visualize what sample looks like in your type room.

I went in here to get help and there were two associates talking, both of them ignored me. Another man walked out from the back so I asked him for help, and he said that he was not a designer, and the two up front could help me. I went back up front to the designers and asked what their manager's name was. I did not want them helping me as they already ignored me for five minutes as I wondered around. They said Chad, and I asked to speak with him. One associate went to get him, and out walks the same man who said he could not help me because he was not a designer!! This place is a joke! I ended up going to Florida Tile and got greeted as soon as I went in and picked out my tile in less than an hour. Avoid this place if you can.

All was well until the manager literally laughed when I asked if roofing nails were approved fasteners for GoBoard and told me they were not. Upon looking at the installation instructions online, roofing nails are absolutely approved in wood. I just assumed these guys knew what they were talking about when it comes to tile, but apparently they aren't. So be careful taking their word for something. If someone is going to be so cocky as to laugh at a question, you better know the install procedure front and back or keep your opinion to yourself.
