I come to this UPS store because of the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, and the convenience of this location with ample parking.
Today Kelsey assisted me. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Kelsey's customer service skills are excellent. She made my transaction a very pleasant experience.

Very easy going from start to finish! Not only was Kelsey efficient in handling all 3 packages, but she held the door open as I was coming in with a very sizable box! This is definitely the place to go when needing to ship anything out :)
