I would not recommend this UPS. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I dropped a package off last Wednesday and they lost it. The manager even tried to convince me I didn’t drop it off at their location. I have my drop off receipt and was told I have to call around and track the package myself. I asked for the manager over him information, he refused to provide it. I asked if they could pull the video tape of me dropping it off he said no. Then he replied saying the manager over him is just going to tell me what he just told me because they’re franchised owned and not technically UPS. He said they sent my package to the west Carrolton location. I asked for the number and he told me I can google it. Not sure what’s going on with their customer service but they definitely should be retrained.
