I will never go back to this salon. I went with a friend to get pedicures, and my feet feel worse after my pedicure. They cut 2 of my toes on my right foot and made my left heal bleed. My right heel was very sore as well. The person who took off my previous polish, scrubbed my feet, etc. was too rough. I was also shocked at the price my friend was charged for her gel pedicure ($70+). Very disappointed and now very sore...

Online says they are open till 7:30 pm I walk over to the location in the pouring rain and they are closed but has a come in we are open sign on the door but they locked and closed.

Moved away for 5 years, came back for the best pedicure from the same friendly faces as when I left. For great care and terrific service, US Nails, Elena, De and the whole team are awesome! Donât waste your time anywhere else!!!

Went in for a polish change only for my 11 year old granddaughter and was charged $35.00 !!!! for a polish change, no pedicure!! Ridiculous!!!

Very disappointed. Donât bother making an appointment or calling, it means nothing. My friend and I both had an appointment for 5 oâclock set the day before, and neither one of us got in the chair until 6:30. We signed in and they said they didnât have the staff to do a full set at the time, when we showed up early. someone else arrived after us, and even got helped before us! Imagine the frustration. When we were finally helped, we found the staff to be rather rude and condescending, we just smiled and brushed it off. Additionally, the nail artist had a noticeable distain for my friend, and refused to help her for the time being. An hour later, my nails were finished, and my friendâs nails had not even been started, mind you this is 2 1/2, after we arrived!! My friend decided she did not have the time to get herâs even started so I payed and we left. The job done by the tech was great, donât let this deter you completely. Needless to say we spent our tip money on McDonalds fries.

There's no way of improvement. I don't even know why they're still open. Over charge for a very lame job. Regular pedicure and manicure cost $$$ a job that a 14 year old can do. Such a waste of time and chances that I've given them.

Been going here for years. Never will I be back. I never leave reviews either but after this experience I will not return. And I have 5 different people that I showed this place to and they will not be returning either. Had my nails done and once I left all the polish came off and it was gel. It was way too thick. When I returned a day later they wanted to change 20$ to repaint them. And did. Also when I went the first day I paid in gift card and cash. They have an incentive to pay cash therefore no taxes. Well since apparently my gift card was paid for by card I was to pay taxes on my cash as well. Not sure how any of this adds up especially since they are at fault for the nails. Terrible.
