“Wow, what an experience! When it comes to having to deal with dealerships there is a negative attitude due to people having so many bad experiences such as being taken advantage of, being treated with no respect, and just flat out being ripped off with all the addons, hidden fees, and slick talk. My experience at PCJDR in Centerville was NOT that.
My sales person Sierra Jones was absolutley amazing!!!! Right off the bat she was accomodating in the way we communicated and her sweet spirit and vibrant personality came across from our 1st converstation.
For those who may have some axiety about dealerships like I do, it was so comforting to communicate via email, gather all numbers and breakdowns and make a decision from the comfort of my home before I had to go to the dealership to sign final paperwork.
When I went to the dealership I was treated like royalty. All the staff were welcoming, they were smiling, everyone was friendly and polite. I met the sales manager Kyle Dooley and he was so attentive and also had a sweet spirit. I truly believe attitude reflects leadership and at this dealership the atmosphere was positive and you can tell they have great leadership and it radiates throughout the dealership.
I would highly recommend this dealership to get your Jeep vehicles. You will not be disappointed, I promise you!!!!
