If you want your loved ones to be taken care of In a loving way, NEVER CONTACT VISITING ANGELS. With an Office administrator in Centerville, Ohio who does not return phone calls from their clients or conduct themselves in a professional manner, to a caregiver who gave my parents a parasitic skin condition, the care and attention they received from Visiting Angels was deplorable. My parents were "fired" by this agency with a letter that had very little real content as to why they were no longer able to be clients. My 87 year old parents were told they had two weeks to get replacement care, but in reality it was nine days by the time we received the letter. As a result, we were left frantically scrambling to find replacement caregivers to deal with my mother who is completely immobile. There was never a warning, conversation, or suggestion as to how we could improve the situation. As a resident of Centerville, Ohio, I will certainly never recommend this agency to others looking for home health care.

I've been working with this company for about 3 or 4 months now I left another company of the same and this company through organized the people are great the owners a great all my clients a very nice people I really enjoy working with this company I'm hoping to be there until the time I retire

Visiting Angels of Centerville has been great to work with from the start. They have been instrumental in my mom being able to stay in her home as she wanted, and we wanted for her. I believe they offer more training than the average companion care provider, and they are continually improving benefits for their employees. The founders got involved in this business after caring for their own family member at home, and realizing first hand what that entailed. We were impressed by their story and their sincerity, more so than other companies we had interviewed with. They truly care about their employees and their clients, and treat all like one big family. If you are even considering home assistance for a loved one, you should at least have a consultation with them and find out how they can serve you!

After working 20 plus years for the US Air Force at WPAFB I retired
from there and gained employment with Visiting Angels. This is thus
far my most blessed job to have. It would be nice for the company to
check out the Veterans Association to see if we could partner with
them in sending Visiting Angels there as well.
Among other things, care giving for our seniors gets me out of the
house and keeps me motivated. I sincerely enjoy my visits with
clients. I enjoy care giving and doing things, such as, cleaning
house, shopping, assisting with doctor appointments, playing board
games, taking them out to eat, and just being a companion in general.
It gives us care givers such joy being their "Angel".
Visiting Angels is a great company to work for. This company teaches
us many skills and the travel isn't bad either. If you enjoy new
meeting and interacting with new people this company is for you and
always there for the employees ready to lend a helping hand. The
office staff are very pleasant as well, they truly appreciate their
employees.
I just love my job and helping others!

Visiting Angels helped when my mom couldn't walk on her own. She loved being able to chat with angels who came to help. It also helped save my sanity as I could finally take my time when running errands and not worry. So pleased with their service.

Visiting Angels were amazing from day one with my Great GREAT grandmother. They quickly scheduled an in home appointment the day we called and took time to speak with us and my grandmother on what our expectations were. They quickly put together a schedule to meet our needs. Unfortunately, our grandmother was very ill, and through the chaos of in and out of hospice and nursing care they were very understanding and cared for her till the day she passed. Our time using them was shorter than we hoped, but they were amazing from day one. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for devoted trustworthy care. - Savanna Perkins

My 98 year old uncle fell and broke a bone in his back and needed 24 hour care at home until he could be moved into assisted living. I contacted Visiting Angels. They immediately came out to evaluate the situation and adjusted their care-givers schedules to get him 24 hour care within a few days. The ladies who came were great. They not only helped him with all his needs but were great company for him also. Visiting Angels was truly a blessing to my uncle and my whole family.

We contracted with Visiting Angels of Centerville Ohio and had them caring for our loved one for a month. The care was outstanding, attentive and genuine. Christine and Rocky were fantastic care givers;, they treated our loved one as if she were family. The trust built up almost immediately and the care was superb. We highly recommend Visiting Angels of Centerville Ohio to anyone looking for exceptional care with true human compassion.

Visiting Angels cared for my mother. They were very professional and flexible as initially her care required a lot of hours but then could be tapered off. My mother was at ease with them. I will certainly consider them again.
