Came here for a passport photo. Friendly and fast. Only gripe was that it did take a wait but that's normal for photo centers in most stores since they don't have a lot of traffic. The $15 for pictures is crazy but I did need it quick and I didn't have access to a photo printer. So that's mostly on me.

I needed German passport photos which have different requirements than US passports. I had called a Walgreens closer to my house, but they were telling me that they can't. Found this one and Sara in photos. By the time I got there she had found the Walgreens template on their kiosk and had done some test cuts for the size. She also touched it up a bit. Was all around a great and very caring experience!

Walgreen's set up a pop up COVID testing in the drive thru area of the now closed Walgreen's in Centerville on 725. I was driving home & saw a sign that said 'free COVID testing.' I got in the line of cars that was very short, I showed my drivers license & answered a few questions, I waited less than 10 minutes in line, took the COVID test. Within 2 hours I got the results via phone call, I also received a letter in the mail confirming the test. Everyone professional & patient. I was very impressed with the ease of taking the test and how fast I got the results.

Not only did they bill the wrong insurance that was terminated that resulted in a $5K collections letter coming to my door, but they double billed my insurance company monthly for my medications. Now the question is how many months I was double billed for. I know it was at least 3 months. Watch what they bill your insurance for should you use them!

Pharmacy has zero customer service - they don't care. A line of cars waiting in line for drive-thru for 20 minutes while they do absolutely nothing and when several of us pull out of line to go in and complain, pharmacy staff don't want to hear it. Responded "sorry" with zero sincerity.

If I could rate zero stars I would. The staff in the pharmacy are beyond RUDE. I have been going to this pharmacy for the past year & there isn't one time I've ever been where they weren't rude. They never ever are helpful, when you ask questions or ask for help they talk to you like you're an idiot. I had heard the same thing from friends and family members before I started getting my prescriptions here but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Moral of the story after a year of being treated like crap and POOR customer service I will be filling my prescriptions at Kroger next door. Every time I have went to Kroger complaining about my experience with this particular Walgreens staff they have always taken care of me and were very polite. PLEASE consider filling your prescriptions ANYWHERE other than this location I promise you'll thank me later!!

I needed to get an antibiotic filled for my mom and I live out of town. She doesn't drive and they took the order last minute and delivered to her! I am so appreciative they went the extra mile. Thank you pharmacy!
