If I could give this location 10 stars I would, we purchased a camper out of state and used Scott from this branch. By far the best experience spending money, he went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible, and gave 110% in working through the out of state differences, would recommend this branch and Scott to anyone.

Went through their drive-thru during the covid shutdown. Yes, the line is a little long, but they are doing a great job keeping everyone safe. They even had a teller dashing in and out of the building to help people farther back in line. She was friendly and helpful. Plus, when it was all done, she gave our dog, Jolene, a doggie treat.

I had a horrible experience today 02/03/2021 trying to cash my check with a lady named Amy she denied servicing me and that was not okay nor was it right she lied to me . I was then served be Hannah who was able to do what Amy told me they couldn’t do.

Do your own research before agreeing to open accounts here! I was duped into opening a "TrueSaver" account with a high interest rate and that I only needed to deposit $500 to start earning. When I called into the service center I was told this was a lie and there was in fact a whole list of other criteria I needed to first meet as well (including opening MORE accounts with WPCU). They will tell you anything to get you to just open more accounts than you need.

If i choose the drive thru there is usually 10 to 12 cars and 1 teller. Try to get someone to ask a simple question: IMPOSSIBLE

Perhaps Monday at 12 o'clock after you've been closed for a holiday isnt the best time to have Brinks come out and hold up the line for 15 minutes. Stuck over 30 minutes in line and still have yet to be helped. I guess my fault for trying to run an errand on my lunch break. Lesson learned

Their service is very slow. They have 2 automated tellers/personal experience representative machines and I was waiting in front of them for 15 minutes waiting for a live representative. Not very efficient! Don't waste your time if you don't have one to spare.
