Horrible. Brought a pair of Uggs to be cleaned that were in brand new condition. They were returned late and in awful worn condition. Now they look like they were run over by a truck and sales lady refused to help me. Save your clothes and go somewhere else

I really wanted to support this local business: I had two business jackets to clean , one needed to have the buttons reattached, I requested that to be done and buttons where safely attached with a safety pin. The intake was long and unprofessional, paid in advance. On my pickup I was standing in an empty lobby, shouted a three times for someone to assist me, after I was about to leave tried again- the woman came out and assisted me. My jacket was returned with no buttons sawn back, instead one was completely off and missing. This was a very expensive business cashmere jacket and the owner laughed when I mentioned it is worth, telling me I will need a receipt for it. also there was not going to be any resolution offered until the owner comes back from vacation in 6 days. Really disappointed. There are other more reputable shops around. I should have researched before using them. My other jacket was cleaned well.

Dry cleaner does a gr8 job. Very competitive in price. Their coupons. found either on line or thru local coupon advertisements are the best! You can save a lot when you use their coupons!!

I wish I could give them a minus rating. After years of patronage, we will never go back there again! Disorganization, acerbic customer treatment, and shady pricing are some of the reasons. We were quoted a price that was later increased without contacting us first (even though we asked to be notified prior to cleaning the item), and they argued with us repeatedly. We were told the owner would call us, but he never did. We were contacted (after the item was cleaned) by a woman (owner's wife?) who was nasty to us on the phone, and nasty to us when we came to pick up the item. Not our fault but we paid for it in abuse. They should train their employees properly, and if a mistake was made, work with the customer prior to doing the work, not get upset with the client when it was the owner's fault. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
