“Wife and I came here for the glass blowing class to make some seasonal pumpkins. We had an absolute blast doing this class and our pumpkins turned out great as well. Our instructors were amazing, but every single person was very nice and great to talk to. We definitely want to bring some family members with next time to try it out! “We bought two custom shirts at Kings Dominion for our children. When we got home, we realized the designs and names were on the wrong size shirt. I emailed the company and told them our problem. I received a response that same day apologizing for the mix up. He asked me for my home address to redo the shirts on the correct size and mail them to us free of charge. The shirts were received a few days later. Now that is customer service! Thank you!”
