4 out of 5 times I have been here, diesel had been out. In other words, pumps at snail pace. They should at least post when they are out. Waste of time. I will go across the street from now on.

Card readers are extremely slow. Be prepared for a delay between inserting your card and the system activating. Reader locks your card in and then takes 60+ seconds to start the authorization process.

Their pumps keypads simply don’t function, forcing you to go into their store and pay at a register. There is a reason this place is rated so poorly.

Attendant was rude and obnoxious.... I went in for a soda and to use the restroom and I was in line and she took customers that came in line after me. Then she was on her phone for a couple of minutes then when she got. I asked if they had longhorn wintergreen and she can you see it ? The she said stupid white boy must be blind or stupid

I had the healthcare workers promotion for 50 cents off my gas and the pumps were different than other BPs I have used, so I went inside and asked the woman working if she could help me out...not only was she completely rude, but made me feel like I was putting her out by asking. I realize she was putting things away on the shelf, but she rolled her eyes and before I even finished my sentence goes I don’t know...I go ok...she goes you’re the 8th or 9th person to ask me this weekend, and I just ok thank you and left...but maybe id that many people are coming and asking then they should figure it out, just a thought.

Bathrooms are filthy. No soap, no sanitizer, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and cold water. Yet, the sticker on the mirror says employees must wash their hands!

Do not go here, go to the GetGo across the street. They "upgraded" the pumps and you have to swipe a bunch of times, and cancel and then sometimes they will work and other times they will say "please see cashier". A 5 minute stop always ends up taking 10.
