After trying a couple of other places (and having a bit of a melt down), I found exactly what I was looking for. The best part is that we were the only guests, so I didn’t feel like I was on display while crying with my mom after we found it ?”

“If there was a way for me to give 10 stars I would! My first time trying on dresses at a different boutique I left crying because of how they treated myself and my family. When I walked into Brides By The Falls, everyone was INCREDIBLY kind. They immediately walked with me and showed me different options based upon what I thought I wanted. They even showed me some that had parts of what I was looking for just in case I wanted something different. They brought toys for my 3 year old son to play with and even played with him because he loves to make new friends. It was SO sweet. Mia, was absolutely AMAZING. She made me feel so beautiful and so confident. I have struggled with my weight this year and was so nervous because I knew the dresses could potentially be smaller sizes than would fit my body type but Mia made everything work. She made me feel so beautiful in each dress. She even came in early to meet me on my second visit because there was a dress coming in that I just had to try on. The dress I purchased was the opposite of what I thought I would love but I absolutely fell in love instantly and would have never saw it if Mia didn't show me dresses that I might like that just weren't there that day. The entire staff is so friendly, helpful and caring. 10/10 stars!! Thank you all for making me feel like such a beautiful bride!”

“This place was so welcoming and so focused on finding the right dress for me, even if it hadn’t been with them! My stylist, Gracie, asked the perfect questions to help me make my final decisions and knew exactly what to say and do to help me find my dress. I had such an amazing bridal experience because of her and I could not have asked for a more perfect bridal appointment. Everyone in the entire store was so welcoming too and made me feel like a million bucks. Anyways, 5 star experience for Luxe Redux and I’m definitely taking alllll my friends and family here when it’s their turns!!!”

“I had the best experience at Matina’s bridal with finding my wedding dress! The owner of Matina’s, Julie was very kind, patient, and helpful and gave great advice while finding my gown. All of the gowns are gorgeous! They also have beautiful accessories that Julie will help pair with your dress to complete your look. I purchased all of my accessories including my veil and jewelry from Matina’s and it all matches beautifully. I also found the bridesmaids dresses at Matina’s, and they are stunning! He was honest about what would make the dress fit the way I wanted but kind and truly listened to my concerns. His gowns are beautiful and I felt like he took the same pride in my alterations as he would if it was his own design. Quick turn around. True life saver.”

“There is an Angel working at Ruby’sI had been searching for a homecoming dress for my daughter. She has a plus size figure and it seemed impossible to find a dress to fit. I found out about Ruby’s via the internet. When we walked into the location we were warmly greeted. The owner worked diligently with her to help select a dress she loved. However when the dress she chose was not in her size and he seen the look on her face. He said “ if that’s the dress you want that’s the dress you will have” he totally reconstructed the dress to accommodate her shape. The customer service he provided was beyond professional, he was personally dedicated to making a shy, overweight young lady look absolutely beautiful and feel empowered.
