My daughter and I had an appointment yesterday at Brides By The Falls. The staff was incredible, special shout-out to Mia! As my daughter tried on a variety of dresses, Mia listened and skillfully chose dresses based on my daughter’s feedback until the perfect dress was found. I would highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for their perfect wedding dress!!

I had the best experience at Brides By the Falls. Having already visited other bridal stores, I was beginning to loose hope that I would find "The Dress." The selection at the store was amazing and I ended the perfect dress for me that not only I loved but also my mom loved. The staff was extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable about the dress materials, from the type of silk to the type of thread used. I had the best experience and am so happy I decided to book an appt with them.

I went to the sample sale and found my dress! As my fittings got closer I had lost a good amount of weight. My matron of honor told me to make an appointment to make sure the dress still fit ok, this was in March. Mia told me not to loose any more weight or they may not be able to alter it. Well, the owner, Jessica must have overheard and saw. Fast forward to the day of my first fitting. I get a call from Jessica asking if we can push the appointment back a little bit so she could be there. It was then that I knew my dress wouldn't work out. I go to my appointment with my matron of honor and an open mind. I put my dress on and walked out and it was just not what I fell in love with. I wanted to burst into tears. Jennifer and Mia were absolutely on it and offered for me to look around at other dresses. It takes me forever to make a decision so I told them they can grab three or four dresses and I will see If I like any. Well the first dress I tried on was THE ONE. Jennifer was beyond generous and Mia was so quick to help fix this problem I barely had time to be upset. I cannot say enough good things about this bridal boutique. I highly recommend!

All the stylists were so helpful and willing to problem solve what I needed whether that be taking the top of a dress and putting it on the bottom of another or just adding sleeves to a dress. Everyone was very helpful and I never felt rushed. Definitely recommend shopping here for your wedding dress. The owner is literally the sweetest (along with her amazing team of stylists) !

This shop is in such a cute location and has plenty of dress styles, as well as price points! Although I did not end up finding my wedding dress here, I did receive an immense amount of help from one of their consultants, Kiley. She did a wonderful job helping me gather a range of styles to try on, so that I could figure out what I liked best. I also felt very welcomed by our friendly conversation throughout the appointment!

I bought my wedding dress here & everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process! I always dreamed of having sleeves, but I found a strapless dress that I loved. So they helped me find a beautiful pair of sleeves and Amber even sewed them on for me! Truly created the dress of my dreams. Not to mention the most gorgeous cathedral veil as well. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!

I went wedding dress shopping at Bride by the Falls after failing to find a dress at a couple different stores in Los Angeles (current location). My aunt, who lives in Cleveland, took me here and within an hour we found the dress! I have to say I am pleasantly shocked that I found my dress here Cleveland, OH, but honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.
Bride by the Falls ordered my dress immediately, and communicated well with the designer Enaura. It was going to take roughly ~8 months to make my dress, which is hand beaded. Brides by the Falls was able to pull in the delivery by about a month so I could pick it up in time for fittings back in Los Angeles. What a gorgeous dress! Thank you so much Brides by the Falls for helping find my special dress! <3

I had truly the best experience finding my wedding dress at this shop. I went in with little confidence and convinced that I would not be finding let alone buying my dress that day. The entire staff there, especially Mia, listened to me, helped me find the dress I couldn't walk away from, and helped answer every question I had. I cannot rave enough about my experience here!

Cannot recommend Brides By the Falls enough. Their team is so kind and they had the best dress selection. From the time I picked my dress through their in house alteration service they were on top of every details. I cannot recommend their in house seamstress enough. She is truly a master at her craft and worked very hard to perfect every detail. They are an amazing place to shop for your dream dress.

I had the BEST experience at Brides by the Falls. I worked with Mia, and she exceeded all my expectations. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and truly listened to exactly what I wanted in a dress. She pulled a dress I wouldn’t have picked for myself and I fell in love. Being a VERY indecisive person, I continued trying on dresses and found a second I absolutely loved. At the end of the appointment I left feeling like I could pick either dress and truly be happy with my choice. I went back with a friend the following week and Mia had the two dresses pulled and was ready to try on others if I wanted. I left with MY dress and couldn’t be happier. Being a plus size bride, I was very worried about selection and options, and there was a great selection of larger sample dresses. I would highly recommend Brides by the Falls to any bride. Thank you Mia and Jennifer!

I had a such a great experience at Brides By the Falls! They had a beautiful selection and carried the specific dress I was searching for by All Who Wander. Darby was my bridal consultant, and she was fantastic at helping me select dresses that fit my style and made feel comfortable. I ultimately went with another dress at a different salon, but I would recommend this bridal shop and Darby to anyone looking for their dream dress.
