Hailey was awesome! She did a great job on my very finicky and very fine hair. She was very professional and personable. I Live in California, but I will definitely come back and see Hailey next time I am in Chagrin Falls!!!!

Nicole was amazing! So nice and friendly and clearly knows what she is doing! She was such a great listener and so incredibly patient. I took off a lot of inches but Nicole let me do it gradually because I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. Nicole had a perfect blend of giving advice/guidance and listening to my preferences. She also checked in at every step of the way and answered every one of my questions. She took a very unsure and fuzzy description of what I like and it turned out exactly how I wanted. I am so happy with my experience and how my hair turned out. I would 100% recommend changes and Nicole :)

The salon is all service shop, has a relaxing environment where everyone seems happy. Easy appointment scheduling. Mariana is my go to stylist she always does a fantastic job cutting and styling my hair. She has a keen sense of style, hair texture and coloring. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist.

Changes is a great salon in the heart of Chagrin Falls. Whether its hair, or nails, or waxing. They do it all and do a very nice job of it. Best coloring i have had in years! extremely customer oriented. Always on time for your appointments!
