Honest, trustworthy, straightforward car buying process. I bought a car from here out-of-state (PA). I had found it online and it looked like it could be the perfect vehicle. Initially, I was a little skeptical of a small used car dealer, but once I met Joe and saw the vehicle I knew this was a better option than most large scale dealerships. He is straightforward, honest, and seems to value integrity and quality service over making a quick buck.
When I went to see the vehicle, he was able to provide me with the physical paper receipts from the Audi Service Center and other shops where the car had work done, as well as a Carfax and vehicle history. This alone put the vehicle well above others I had been looking at, and left me confident I was buying a quality used car. The price was very fair, and there are no ridiculous fees or any underhanded tactics, what you see is what you get! The price of the vehicle was fair, and it was a nice bonus that brand new tires had been put on in preparation for the sale.
When we discovered a climate control switch was missing (which was in the original listing photos and mystified both of us) from what we both assumed was a previous test-driver stealing the switch, he immediately ensured that the switch would be replaced if I intended to purchase. He also had the car detailed before I had purchased it, which was above and beyond! It was something I was planning on doing anyways and now don't have to worry about. It was made apparent to me on multiple counts that he truly cares about providing a quality car buying experience.
