Beware! Prescribed medications repeatedly miss renewal. Have to call and argue that the renew is due. Our doctors have had to call and educate the staff that they have missed the renewal. Furthermore have had the pharmacist REFUSE to fill a surgeon prescribed prescription for break through pain. They even had the gall to refuse the surgeon who called personally. It's bad enough to have insurance companies fight doctors, but now the pharmacy?!?

I shop at this CVS because of the caring, helpful, and professional employees, such as Danielle at the front register and Bob in the pharmacy! They are always very helpful and friendly!

I usually don't do reviews,but since I have been up all night puking and in pain because I couldn't get my medication! I just got released from the hospital at 530pm yesterday so I could have enough time to get my meds due to having a severe kidney infection!! my husband and I pulled into the drive thru at 5:55 and waited in the line and at 5:58 they closed the window!! So my husband ran inside to get it for me and they down right refused... I even went and bought over the counter meds to try and hold me over but nothing has helped!!!! So thanks for nothing!

A pharmacy technician Khaleb, was so rude to me at the drive-thru window. They insisted I could not buy two boxes of Advil Sinus & Allergy per state law. You can and I did. Then when I asked for two more items, they were clearly irritated when they had to go retrieve them. I told them to forget it as they obviously were annoyed. (They claimed they weren't.) They said I should have called ahead since I had "such a long list of items." Three things!!! And no one was behind me so there was no line I was holding up. The next thing I knew, they went and got the pharmacist, Bob, who most politely rang me up and out. They ought not have this person dealing with customers given their demeanor. I dread having to deal with them again. BTW, I am disabled so it's difficult for me to come into the store.

Been waiting on my child's medicine for a week and a half. Finally got upset enough to call about it today, and they told me they don't know when they'll have it, and it may be available at other pharmacies, but the doctor would have to re-send it to the other pharmacy, and due to the holiday, no doctor will be available to do that for 2 more days. I asked him if he realized how much it impacts peoples lives to go on and off this medication, and he hung up on me lol.

The nurse practioner,Jennifer Hall, was outstanding, thorough, kind and intelligent and sympathetic. The drive to see her was worth every minute and way better than the nightmare I’ve had trying to reach my doctor during work hours or via the answering service. Thank you CVS, Jennifer, the pharmacist and everyone there for taking such good care of us!!
